I had work for an office that were leasing water machines from a company that was bought by a larger company. The larger company began harassing me because I was the contact person but not account holder at one of the other offices, and the owner wouldnt return their phone calls. I had left the company years earlier and was being threatened of a lawsuit. So I retained Paul Burkhart and he got rid of them with a phone call. They didnt think I would seek legal help, but just pay a bill for breach of a contract that was never never made between me and them. He was easy to talk to and was compassionate about my issues which felt great at that time. I thought my issue was minor, but he didnt think so and fought for me because it mattered to me. I would recommend him for that reason.

I just have to share this for other honest clients before you give this lawyer any of your hard earned money. I was actually writing a positive review because i also got an email offering me a giftcard to leave a review. So naturally you would think they want a positive review. But then i saw other people leaving similar reviews where they were offered a gift card as well and it made me change my mind and leave an honest review instead of a fake positive review. I found them on google and they indeed told me everything i wanted to hear, got a really high retainer, and just drug me along the rest of the way, no results. Be extra careful when choosing your lawyer, as most positive reviews these days are dishonest.

They are below average in my book. there are only a handful of honest lawyers out there today. Paul Burkhart is not one of them. Very upset and a waste of money. I did not disclose my proper name because i dont want this lawyer trying to contact me, asking to change my review and maybe hell offer me a gift card like other innocent people were stating in their reviews.

After discussing the case over the phone they responded with Unfortunately we are unable to provide legal services for your legal matter for the amount of money Hyatt pays for this service. If you are unable to provide the service for the amount that Hyatt will pay, then you should not be listed on their site as a provider. You cannot cherry pick for the services that I have already paid for through this legal insurance..
