I was in this store 2 days ago during the corona-virus meltdown. The young lady in this location were not only compassionate that i have lost my phone, but they helped get a new phone for a low price so i can continue talking to my mother. She was great and I would never go to another store. This employee cares and I could not ask for anything more then that. She has my business for life.

Very friendly and efficient service! Very willing to go the extra mile to get things sorted out and never telling us here is the phone number you should contact instead. Fantastic service and will definitely be going back for all my AT&T phone issues/upgrades.

Lip helped me and my family attain a brand new Galaxy Note 8 and a second one for FREE. the only fees that still apply are non-deducatble tax fees on each devices. This is still a bargain nevertheless. If you are Korean and your English is difficult, go HERE!!! they will take care of you :)

I went to AT&T store to pay my bill.The manager is great .The manager gives me my receipt right away.

Owner is a con artist and sexist. Has said multiple comments that would be deemed inappropriate in a corporate store. This store is NOT corporate. I have witnessed countless arguments of people being unhappy with the products and services of this location. Please go ELSEWHERE. I’ve been schemed and lied to for the sake of a sale, or so it seems.I went back for a full on detailed explanation of why I am being charged do 5 way I was only to be met with no help and I asked for this. No I did not. Please attain new staff and management immediately. This is disgusting.

The service was great here and the Manager was very knowlegable. He would def answer any questions you ask. You can just walk into the store anytime to ask any questions. Will def introduce this store to my friends!!

I lost my phone, well i dont use at&t i am using verizon but i only found at&t store cross the street, i went there and they help me located my phone using find my iphone app andi found out that i left my phone in cafe,manager Lip he helped me even i was using verizon, they are so nice and kind, right now my company is paying for my phone bill to verizon so i cant switch to at&t but one day i will transfer to at&t b/c of him.
