Max Lee has no idea what he is doing. Has no answers to any of my questions. The amount of tax return I got starting from 2018 keeps going down. Now I owe more in taxes cause he messed it up. I asked him why is this the case? His answer: I dont know maybe you messed up your W-2. Nothing has changed on my W-2 and have been at the same company making the same salary. He has interns do your tax returns and doesnt check their work. Avoid at all costs!!!

Hes very professional. Our family has a very long term relationship with CPA Max Lee since two decades ago. Very helpful and really care about your personal and business success. Please do not consider only bad comments from very personal opinions with a transaction or a minor experience.

Seriously, worst place ever. I know Max is pretty rude so I requested my tax refund to Joy Park. He said I can get all my tax refund with direct deposit however the actual check was delivered to my old place I used to live. So I called him and requested a new check to my current address. And he asked for another $100 to resend a check. I also asked him if he didnt know the check will be delivered and he clearly said YES, I DID NOT KNOW. What a mess. How could you say Oh I didnt know so give me an extra $100 to fix MY OWN MISTAKE?. Never go to this place.

I shouldve checked this Google review before asking Max to prepare my tax return. I agree that hes extremely rude. In any case you get into any little argument, he would never answer what you asked for but just be quiet and follow what he says only, as hes a senior citizen?!

Max has been doing my taxes for a couple of years now. He fixed my taxes from H&R Block. I refuse to let anyone else do my taxes. A couple if my family members started going to him also. He gets the job done and gets it done fast.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR TAXES.He WILL make mistakes on your taxes. First, he did not know how to deal with out of state taxes and second, my tax return was rejected and upon asking for help, he told me to paper file the taxes. I had to write all the information on the paper and still had to pay him for what.. nothing.. he is also extremely rude...

Giving this guy even a one star review is total bs. Avoid this place at all costs. Went to this guy (can’t call this guy a cpa) recommended by a friend, worst decision I’ve made. This guy clearly doesn’t know how to communicate or read a w-2 form. He made the mistake of putting my conpany’s address under my home address. Weeks past and I did not receive my tax return. So I checked my documents and found out that mistake. My wife calls the guy explaining the mistake and asked to take care of it. This guy asked my wife if she was working and if she never made mistakes at her job LOLNever apologized like a professional. I call a few minutes later explaining play by play what he did. Then something clicks in his head and he says, “ohhhhhh I made a mistake. I am sorry”. His apology made me even more frustrated and he says avoids trying to fix the mistake and says that we can change it next year. Unprofessional.Save your money, time, and frustration.Reasing other reviews (positive reviews), people said that this guy is EXTREMELY BUSY DURING TAX SEASON.. LOL EVERY CPA OFFICE IS BUSY DURING TAX SEASON.

He is not professional and he is so rude. He made mistakes and he said I had a lot of work thats why I made a mistake. He is rude. Just call or visit him and you will totally understand what Im saying. His attitude and phone manner is so bad.

Got the impression where he just wants to rush people out the door; no clear answers to the questions and cuts to the chase. Just save yourself time and money by filing through Turbotax so you could receive waaay more returns...

I ventured to get the office location where is located behind the building!! Better than what I expected. Good experience!!!
