This place doesnt even deserve a star. for last couple of weeks, I have sent four items and two of them have been troublesome. One is seemingly lost, it has been missing over a month, so far no update even after I paid an extra visit to raise an issue. Second one was somehow excepted from processing with no clear reason and being delayed. This place is one of most sketches post office I have ever experienced. They are either neglecting or simply bad at their job.

Was worried to come here after seeing the ratings but had a surprisingly great experience. Helga was extremely positive and helpful. Very knowledgeable and patient as I saw her work efficiently at getting through everyone on line. Hire more people like her and I’m sure the ratings will jump!

How is the number to the post office not in service ? There’s no way to contact a government agency? That’s unacceptable

Unless you want snarky and attitude filled responses to your questions (esp from the woman with dyed blonde hair behind the counter), go to a different USPS in the area.

The old lady who worked on Saturday morning was so rude and so lazy to help customers!!!

I don’t know why this post office has such bad reviews. I come in at least once a week and there’s never a line and the employees are the sweetest!

HORRIBLE, SIMPLY HORRIBLE.I went there to send a package for overseas, one of the employee named LALA was keep complaining about my writing. That she couldnt read and told me my handwriting is HORRIBLE. Im like what kind of customer service is that? Seriously? Telling your customer that my handwriting is HORRIBLE is unacceptable, NOT GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN, and going to put complain on customer service for that employee.p.s. IM NOT EVEN SURE WHY I HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR FOR RATING

I must be the only one who is very happy with all the great services provided by the Pal Pk post office. Yazmin is always pleasant and helpful. Ive always had good experiences here. Thank you Yazmin!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible!!! You cant ever speak to one cause they dont pick up the phone. I have numerous packages that get lost or they say I requested them to hold it which is a lie! Jesus..how long can they be allowed to do this??????? The absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen. Ridgefield is bad but not even as bad as Pal Pks.

The customer service is awesome, very pleasant! The office is clean and neat I would recommend a visit to Palisades Park Post Office for all your postal needs!

The worst customer services,.I live around the area, and they always open late, open time is 8:30am. & sometimes Ill be outside till 8:45am for them to open. I usually end up going to other post office, where they actually open on time. Everytime I called, they NEVER pick up the phone. Sometimes, when my package doesnt get deliver, I have to contact them & is a waste of my time, because is impossible to get in touch with them. By the time i get out of work, they are closed, therefore this location is not conveniences for me. Do not recommend this location.

Went to this post Office for 9 a.m and no employee there to open post office ...very poor service provided

Whoever does the delivery always puts my package in someone elses house. This is ridiculous becauss it has been going on for years, and this was honestly my last straw. This is not how work should be done, its lazy and inconsistent

Wont scan and give drop off receipt because the address is in fort lee. Unheard of.

Service is terrible. You could get the same, if not better, service from talking to a brick wall.
