Great service! We hired Trinity Pools to acid wash our pool. It turned out amazing. It went from looking horrible to looking new again. Super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Normally they are great. The reason I gave 3 stars this time was bcuz I had to call them back out to clean my pool after opening it. When they had left, the pool was cloudy so they might not have seen the dirt at the bottom. Another issue was I noticed no chlorine tabs were put in like they did last year. I dont know if I was charged for it or not. If not, no biggie, Ill put my own. They are nice and try to get to you quickly. I will use again.

Helpful, and good stock/supplies, but quite pricey.

From our first contact with Trinity Pools, until completion of our pool, all employees and contractors were amazing. They explained each & every process & step. If we had any questions or concerns, they promptly addressed them. We are very very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend them. We never felt like a customer, but more like family, through the whole process.

They do an excellent job with servicing our 20+ year old Blue Haven pool. all employees are knowledgeable Nd pleasant to work with.

I honestly can’t say enough good about Trinity/Blue Haven. We had our pool built by another company who skipped corners and Trinity has come in and helped us fix all the things. They’ve been so thorough, and kind. We love them!!

David in Palestine has been truly amazing! He is fast to respond and answer any questions we’ve had. Plus he was very fast to resolve any issues that came up during the pool buying process. He is very knowledgeable and has been patient with us while we learn how to maintain our pool. We cannot recommend Trinity Valley enough! If you’re in the market for a pool, got to David. He will take care of you!

You will not find better people and better service in East Texas. These folks know the pool business and their priority is you, the customer.

We just had our pool finished in November and the guys were great to work with. They always kept us informed about what was going on and when they would be here working. It is just beautiful!

I just bought a home and the pool was neglected for some months. After buying the home the cold weather was moving in. They came out within a few hours notice to do a quick check up to make sure my pool was ready for winter. She was very friendly when I called and I commend her for being patient with my constant rambling about my situation. I will be using them for servicing my pool.*** EDIT ***Came home a last week and went to check on the pool only to find the water was low. Looked at the filter and it was spewing out water. The filter was fairly new not even 2 years old. I never maintained the pool myself in fear of messing up the new pump. I hired this company to maintain the pool and from what I can tell the filter exploded from pressure due to it not being back washed. I will try to get my warranty company to fix the problem. I will never hire this company again nor do I suggest this company for you to use.

Customer service is wonderful.

A year and a half after installing our pool we have water pouring out of our pool electrical panel. I have pictures to prove. I am embarrassed I recommended this company. Customer service is not what it once was. You’ll be treated great in the beginning or until they have made mistakes and are called out on them. They use a trial and error approach to fixing problems instead of finding someone who actually knows.

We used these folks for about a year. Their techs were reliable on when they would show up, and friendly, but their billing process is a mess. Basically, if you wont leave them an open credit card to bill to at their discretion, they are a nightmare to deal with. They dont send out invoices in a timely manner, and then start hounding you for payment if you dont get a payment to them within just a few days. That was hassle enough, but the final straw for us was that they messed up the plaster and chemicals in our pool to the point that it has been essentially unusable for 5 -6 weeks this summer so far--- then claimed that OUR expectations were too high for them to deal with. Weve had our pool for over 10 years, so we know that maintaining the pool is not rocket science. Ultimately we have it to enjoy, not to have an entire other job dealing with pool people constantly--- whether over their own internal billing problems or problems with the pool, thats not why we hire a service to take care of it.

For professional service by the friendliest people in East Texas see them if you have a pool. They are the best in the business.
