I was expecting a package by UPS. I received a tracking number that showed expected delivery 9/1, then it was rescheduled for 9/2 and again for 9/3. This now 9/7. I called CS and was told it had been returned to sender at 1:07 pm today. When was able to speak to a CS rep, he said the driver reported I had already moved. Obviously I have not moved. The CS rep told me to contact the shipper and have it reshipped. I did contact the shipper and they confirmed the pack was returned to them. Their rep tried calling UPS but got no response. The shipper tried to handle the problem but UPS was unresponsive.

Mishaps happen sometimes. The ladies that work in the customer center, Taylor and Summer, have always been helpful, respectful, and resolved any issues that Ive had, which have been few. New drivers sometimes deliver to the wrong address but it has always been corrected. Thank you!your

I placed an order and paid overnight. It was supposed to be here Friday. Its Tuesday and still not here. You cant speak to a human at that facility (or any of them I guess). So Im curious. Thus is the WORST customer service ever!!!! I had other items coming the same day via FedEx guess what? They all arrived on time without a hitch!!

Delays are bad enough when tracking tells me packages are sitting at the local office long after they are scheduled to be delivered, but my most recent order that was shipped ups from Amazon was out for delivery yesterday and never arrived, and now tracking shows it somehow ended up in Omaha, NE overnight. How exactly does a package go out for delivery, not get delivered, and end up multiple states away overnight? The postal service and FedEx both manage to deliver things properly, why cant the local UPS do the same?

03/23/2020. Thank you to the UPS Driver who read my sign.. It took me leaving a sign that read Dear UPS Driver. This this not the Front Door (front door straight ahead) I apologize that I did not say Thank you.Last weeks review. I have already made several complaints about this. As of today the problem still exist and I still have yet to hear from a supervisor in regards to this. The instructions on my UPS account specifically states to leave my packages at the Front Door. If today would have been yesterday, my package would have been destroyed due to the severe thunderstorms that we had. FYI..The edge of our porch is not the front door.

Poorly run center. They say No one home to sign for package and we were 24 hours two days in a row still no delivery.

Once again UPS drops the ball. This time it is, my address is not found. Yea the same one they delivered to 5 days ago. I called and got the story that my address was not correct, and I need to give them the correct address. I gave them my address again and the lady said, that is not right it is the same as they have now. Furthermore, I explained she was correct it is the same so why could you not deliver the package. I told her they just delivered 5 days ago to the same address. Finally, I got they will call me tomorrow by 10 am and let me know when it is rescheduled to deliver. Someone in the Palestine center needs to be fired, maybe that will open some eyes. If I lied to my boss like these guys do I would be looking for a new Job. Someone with UPS should take a look at all the complaints with the Palestine distribution Center, it might be an eye-opener.I guess its time to start using FedEx again.

Been on the phone multiple times with ups and still can’t get package delivered. Said receiver asked package to held, he did not. Still waiting on package.

I shouldn’t have to hunt down my packages. You can’t leave something by the bushes of there is no bushes. You can’t say someone wasn’t home when someone is here every day all day. We work from home.

They continue to state that our packages have been delivered when in reality they are not. Notification said package was left by our garage. WE DONT HAVE A GARAGE. So where are the packages? Fedex can find our house with no problem. Now we are caught in dealing with the UPS 1-800 number folks. Is there a local number to get this problem fixed?

Ordered some stuff for my business, and UPS says that a delivery attempt was made three times. I asked everyone in my office and at my work if UPS had been by over the last 5 days - all of them said UPS has not come by at all this week. Now UPS is saying I have to pick it up at their center. WHY? I paid to have it delivered, and your business fraudulently failed to deliver it. This is absolutely terrible service, and I would give a negative star rating if I could.

Very simple drop off and efficient staff

They keep delivering my packages to the neighbors house which to me is just lazy at this point considering we are right next door and our number is printed clearly on our mailbox. I have had 2 packages that have been out for delivery for 2 days now. I guess theyll just never get delivered. And its impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone.

Multiple reschedule and driver still comes early. Never even got out of the truck just sat a few minutes then left. (Package requires signature) Second time this has happened. First time I had to run an errand and driver showed up 2 hours early while I was gone. Second time I didnt have a chance to go out to him before he left. Didnt blow the horn or call or anything. Customer Service promised someone locally would call but never did. It all depends on the individual driver. That last lady was really good. Headed for the customer service center tomorrow for a few words...

Very bad...Very very bad!!! For an entire week they could not find my house. My house isnt hard to find. I called the distribution center, and they treated me like I was the problem twice. Hung up on me once. Then pretended to help me, and did nothing. I am furious. I still havent received my package, and wont for another week because of the 4th of July holiday. I noticed their bad service slot was full, and the only good reviews theyve received are from one person who supposedly works there...never again!!!

Package was NOT delivered to my house yesterday. I was home when the tracking said it was delivered. It also says left at: other - released. Whatever that may mean. I contacted UPS through their online agent. Was told my local UPS store WILL call me within the hour and did not receive a phone call. Still have no received a phone call today. This has never been an issue. We have never had issues with UPS at my house. I’m extremely frustrated that nobody has taken action.

Says my package was delivered and I never received it from one purchase and another purchase I was to receive on the 9th said it was in warehouse again and not delivered for some unforeseen reason so it you delivered one package why did you not leave the other

Wonderful staff!! They are always kind and willing to help, the drivers are very friendly and do their job! Summer and Jennie are so helpful. I just wish Elizabeth was still there, she was so sweet and very easy on the eyes 😉

Real sad they cant get a package delivered on time 3 out of 5 times. and dont try to contact them you will wait for 30 minutes to an hour. Going to FedEx from know on.

The customer service is Great but when are they going to get a debit/credit card device to help make our shipping needs easier? They need that! Not many people write checks any more! People are doing the debit/credit transactions and its so convenient than writing checks! A serious UPDATE is needed! If the Post Office can handle our debit/credit transactions, why cant UPS...huh? Cmon now, make it easy for customer Satisfaction!

My package says delivered to front porch. But was not my porch. My bank was sending me a new card. I cannot get to my money now. They just drop anywhere. Sorry service. This is not the first time this has happened.

Fast and easy

Multiple wrong deliveries to wrong address instead of ours over the last few months. Our address is correct, driver doesn’t pay attention. Took two days of calling 800 number to get a return call from Palestine. Spoke with someone in Palestine today so hopefully the next package will arrive at our house tomorrow. UPDATE - Another package delivered to wrong house AGAIN. Called Palestine UPS and they said driver would definitely pick it up and deliver today before leaving for the day. Of course that was another lie. There’s no honor in that office. Calling again tomorrow. The owners of the wrong house are also going to start calling as well from now on. Happy to share the Palestine office phone number if anyone needs it so you don’t have to deal with the 800 number and wait days for Palestine to call you back.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When I woke up this morning the status stated delivered at 9:32 p.m. signed by me and left at the office. My office doesnt have package receiving and its definitely isnt open at 9:32 pm. And of course I didnt sign for a package that I did not receive. I called UPS about my missing package, they told me to call Amazon. Horrible, horrible service. I will not be purchasing anything from any seller that uses UPS in the future.

0 stars actually. ... Bought a $2200 laptop from a company to have the product delivered to a PO BOX address. I did not realize they were going to ship it via UPS but I thought ok no problem, UPS will receive it and I can just pick it up from the UPS office or theyll contact me for my physical address .... NOPE and NOPE. What did this place do? Instead of holding it at their office, or CALLING ME, they took it upon themselves to look up my previous address and delivered it to my last address - from THREE YEARS AGO WHICH I AM NOT AT ANYMORE and just let the new owners of that place sign for it. LUCKILY, the people living there now were kind enough to call me so I could go pick it up from them. ... but WTF is going on at this place for that to even happen? IF that is policy someone might want to reconsider the policy.

I never get my packages on time. They always put cant find address or weather. Mind u I order online alot and the weather is not bad when they put it as a reason. I just live about 20 min outside of Palestine. Guess they just dont want to come this far out at the end of the day?

Lately my driver is in the habit of just throwing my packages down by my mailbox which is like a 1/4 mile from my front door and I cant see it. Yesterday I had it happen to a very expensive piece of electronic equipment and Im glad it was still there this morning. I live in palestine out on 163 east of 2419. WTF ups man. I need something done about this or ill go higher. At least leave them down by my gate where the might not get stolen.

I will not give any stars to this facility unless it is negative 5 star, then they would qualify for that rating. I have to give a 1 star in order to post. The last 8-10 orders that I have made and the company shipped UPS (which MUST come through Palestine facility to get to me) have been delayed a minimum of 2 days - the most recent has been delay 4 times now. Reason - Wildfire in CA. or earthquake in AK. Guys!! We are in Texas, the package is in Texas - give me a break!!! Are they sending UPS drivers to CA and AK to help out like the electric company and fire departments do?? I am seriously going to consider the delivery service now prior to making any orders. The Postal Service is better than UPS.

It shows that I had a package out for delivery both yesterday and today only to not be recieved. I live only a 1/4 mile from the UPS office. Most of the delivery trucks come right by my house on the way in, yet Im always the last one on routing before they return. I guess its so late that Im not worth the time to be delivered to. Shame on you UPS.

The driver couldnt find my house even though I get deliveries almost every week. So I went to pick it up. I was the only person in line and my car decided to mess up on the way there. (My headlights wouldnt shut off) So I requested the girl who was working to please hurry before my car battery died. She was very slow. Luckily my battery didnt die before I could get out and start the car up. I know my car issue would have happened anyway but I wouldnt have been there if the driver could read a map or use GPS or something. And I would have been there earlier if they opened during daylight hours. So I am sorry but my bad day gives you a low rating.

Our house sits off the road about 300’ & our ups driver refuses to pull up to the house to deliver! He will either wait by the road for my husband to come pick up packages or park in the middle of driveway.Last time he parked about 150’ from house then asked if I had an ATV he could use to get the packages to the house even though there was no reason for one. When I told him no, he said he would just carry them but then he dropped 1 package TWICE just trying to unload from truck! He then put packages on the ground next to the steps & when I asked him to please put them on the porch, he grabbed them & put them on the 2nd step!I have reported this rude driver twice & have been told both times by the company that I would receive a follow up call before the end of the day. I am still waiting for those calls!This company cares NOTHING about customer service & I am requesting that all companies I order from DO NOT use ups to deliver my packages!

Today a ups driver cussed me out on the phone and left my package at a different resident. Paid for air over night due to it having vaccines. Supposed to arrive on a Wednesday but was delivered to wrong house on a Friday. Called main office the driver was from and of course they made you feel like they was gonna do something because the time they stated that they would call back is way past 6pm there closing time. This driver should be fired for cussing at me a woman. Is this ups standard of service now? I demand an apology.

Failed to deliver package. Delivery is never on time. I would prefer that sellers use Fedx or Post Office. When you look at reviews on UPS Palestine, everyone is having the same problem (delivery not dependable).

Since the old driver has left and even before he left UPS cannot deliver my packages. Guess they cant read because they always leave my package at Avenue D instead of A or dont deliver them at all. This is stupid since I have been getting packages at the same address now for 5 years. You can even tell them you live right behind the Ratcliff post office and they still dont have sense enough to find it. How hard is it to find in as small town like Ratcliff? They could ask anyone in Ratcliff where I live and they would tell them. Maybe UPS needs to get drivers that can read or want to deliver packages instead of taking them back and saying they cant find them.

I’m forced to give 1 Star, but my true rating is 0 ⭐️!! There is NO REASON my packages shouldn’t have shown up on time, no bad weather, no bad roads, just delayed!! Why? I’ve left negative reviews on the Palestine office with higher up people now, come to find out it has NOTHING to do with my drivers, to which I publicly apologize! The person/s responsible for loading the packages on the correct trucks is who’s at fault! He/she loads it in the wrong truck, which delays my packages up to 3 DAYS! Today I was supposed to get TWO boxes, both show “out for delivery” for TODAY, and UPS is always at my house way before now, they NEVER show up late in the evening, so when I call, they say it shows out for delivery, even tho I know it’s not coming because this happens ALL THE TIME, so it being a Friday, they tell me to wait until the delivery deadline of 8pm, by then the offices are closed until the following Monday!! 😡 I don’t understand WHY they can’t do their job, OR why they don’t fire the idiot who is loading the trucks wrong???

I wouldnt ship anything through these ppl after they took 6 days to get an overnight package to me. What made it really bad is that it was meds, high priced meds, that have to be kept refrigerated. When it finally got to me the meds were hot, the box the meds were in fell apart in my hands due to the moisture from the once frozen cold packs. I hope they had to pay for it..all $5,000. My supplier sent me another shipment & I went down myself to pick it up..where was it? In the refrigerator that sits in that hot open warehouse? Nah. It was sitting in that hot open warehouse. Thankfully it was at least still cool. My supplier uses UPS only, so Ill go down & pick it up when it comes in because I dont trust their driver & I need my medicine.

The young lady was very nice and professional, the only problem I had was they only accept checks so I had to make two trips. Who carries checks anymore.

They keep taking my Amazon packages to the same wrong address, which is an empty historical marker house. Customer service just always says to contact Amazon and maybe Amazon can resend my stuff.

My package always seems to get lost when it reaches Palestine. Nothing has ever been delivered on time. And its a hassle to try and get your package. Its better to cancel your order and have it re-shipped through someone else. Terrible service, I think they should shut down the ups in Palestine.

They show that they delivered a controlled medication for hospice patient, but it is not at the address that it is supposed to be at. I called them and they are of no help whatsoever.
