Changing review. Initially had some issues but they resolved them satisfactorily.

These people are Amazing! I called in a panic and they were here within an hour and a half. They did a very thorough job, cleaned up everything and the price was competitive. If you need septic help, call them, you won’t be disappointed. Montalba Texas.

Called Septic King today and asked if they could come out and check my tank. They showed up in under 2 hours. The crew was John the driver and Jimmy. They were polite and respectful. I just bought this house and don’t know much about septic systems. They took they time to thoroughly explain everything to help educate me and gave advice on how to improve it. I had a ton of questions and they didn’t seemed bothered to give me answers. Glad I called them because I had a gut feeling I needed to have it pumped. Both tanks were full.The price would of been really great but I didn’t know where my tank lids were so They had to find them and dig em up. Then they noticed the second tank lid had broken previously and dirt collapsed inside. So they gave an option to leave it in the bottom or pay extra to have it removed. I happily paid extra to have it removed.If you are military or retired military they offer a 10% discount. That helped out a lot.My ONLY complaint is they charge a 3% processing fee to use a debit/credit card especially since the nation is complaining about a coin shortage during this Covid 19 situation. So PLAN AHEAD to save money. But they were very punctual, worked hard/fast, and gave a discount since I’m retired military. So not to big of a deal to pay the 3% fee. Overall I’m satisfied and will call them again to have it pumped in the future.Thanks!

I own an RV Park and when my pumps went down it was sleeting and cold. Septic King came that evening and cleaned my tanks so we could make repairs. Their operator was very knowledgeable and took care of me.
