The Palestine 2021 branch is doing a fabulous job. I had two appointments in one day and both were ahead of schedule. A very friendly an knowledgeable staff. I highly encourage you to call and schedule with them.

Terminix has always been very professional in letting you know by whom and what time your service will be. They are always prompt and know what they are doing. If I need something to get rid of a certain type of bug, they know what to use and it has always taken care of my bug problems.I appreciate the service techs and have never had a problem with Terminix.

You are fortunate to have Jimmy Yates on your staff. I was going to shop around for some other company but when Jimmy showed up to inspect my traps I was impressed with his professional manner He made me feel that I could trust him and that he was there to take care of me.

The service is the best I could find for an existing structure with previous termite trouble; the technicians are courteous and professional.

I have been with Terminex for two years now. They are very timely to come out every three months, routinely, but occasionally we have difficulty controlling ants where we live. I love the fact that occasionally we can call Terminex out and they will come out in about a two day turn around time. We share the expense of trying to control in our own time, but when they become out of control we can always call them. I am very grateful for that.

New build- near water so we have lots of midge flies, spiders and ants. Did a good job of dusting and spraying

Our technician, Mr. Santiago was very knowledgeable and did an extremely thorough job treating our house. He listened to our concerns and explained what he thought would be the best treatments to do both inside our house and on the outside. He took his time spraying inside and outside the house, and let us know areas of concern once he was done. Overall very happy with our service and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Would be nicer if someone would answer the phone. Several calls for follow-up visit throughout the year and everytime I had to leave a voicemail. No confirmation message was received and visit was scheduled. Customer for 1 year and I will look elsewhere going forward.....Update - Thanks for proving the point in the response with the 1-800 non local number I have had to call to leave messages.

Bad service. They sold me a termite system with the first years follow-up included. Never showed up for that years coverage. Called to get it fixed and all they wanted was to sell me an annual contract, then they would come out and do the work. Very nice when they are making the sale, but rude when you call them out on failing to provide what we paid for in the beginning. Will never use them again. I just have a bunch of worthless traps in the yard. I would not recommend these people under any circumstance.

Very respectful. Explained everything and was cautious of the health needs of a family member in the home by ensuring nothing was used that would affect him.

The three stars was not for the technician the technician is awesome and deserve six. It was at one star for the company but I rose it because theyre slowly getting better. Terminix itself needs to learn how to communicate with its clients about scheduling and etc. Im almost never notified from the company in advance and if you need help you just need to pray that you get somebody smart enough to handle the situation when you call their number. 9 out of 10 end up calling my technician and hell handle everything If I could rate the man individually he would get beyond six. Once again the lower rating is for the actual company itself as far as communication

I do not recommend USing Terminix at all. I have used these people for 3 years for a termite problem. They have yet got rid of them and yet they want me to renew again. NOT. This company over promises and under delivers!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The only reason Im doing a 1 star is because there is no lower option. we have been dealing with a problem for a year now and they promised GUARANTEED results in three months. that was last November. thousands of dollars later and no results. going with a better company will not pay these people another dime! no wonder they lose workers all the time! if they treat their employees like they do their customers, I wouldnt stay there either! canceling service. be aware of this company. Ive had their employees sit in my yard for 20+ mins walk around my yard for 3 mins.(timed on multiple occasions) and yet they have you pay every month for this when they come out every 4-5 months. sorry not sorry so done with this company!

Very Bad Service. After initial meeting with Home Inspector, he nor the Service Manager never returned my call after several attempts just for starts. Too many problems with company to list, it was best to cancel contract.

The reports for last two bait station inspections, 2017 & 2018 posted on line are blank. also we have 50 stations and 2018 inspection, our barn was not checked ( 20 + stations ) also, last technician (2018) didnt have proper tools to locate all stations ( sharp stick used ) I was under the impression that all stations would be replaced this year? ( not ) the system from you seems to be working, but the barn is where we had so much termite activity before installing system. I would certainly like to have bait stations checked with my personal visual inspection of stations around barn. I can mow around barn and house to help to locate stations for rechecking ALL stations. I was also under the impression that technicians have a scanner type tool to help locate all stations? please email your reply to my concerns so we can go from there. thanks

Michael Ellis was very helpful in getting rid of the ants in my yard. He was very professional and explained everything he did and what insect activity he noticed around my house.

Terminix has done a great job for many years. Would l recommend them? Yes. Will l continue to use them? Yes.

Were always had a wonderful experience no matter the technician. No termites or any other pest for that matter!

So far in 12 months we have had 6 different Terminix techs. Every time they change we have to start over with OUR schedule, then the complex ends up missing a month to 6 weeks. When we get a new tech I am told We can request a date and time for regular scheduled apt each month, but no guarantees. WELL One tech was able to get on a schedule and stay with it, until he quit. I dont understand why the others cant do the same. Waiting for this months spray to see how it goes, so far looks like I will be hiring another company! Sad, because we have been a Terminix customer for 10+ years....

By far the WORST company to deal with if I could give negative stars I most definitely would. They take your money but never do any type of services. They dont even return your money after youve cancelled services before 30 days. Good luck getting ahold of anyone except the call center, which they have no idea what they are doing except sit behind a computer. The Palestine branch is an absolute joke and the branch managers dont understand how to use a phone apparently because they will not call you back and the voicemails are full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Have had service for 4 months, and had different tech, like 5 times for each visit .i have problem with rodent in attic, and every tech goes in attic entrance, and put traps at entrance, and problem on other side of house where I can hear the rodents at .Last to tech I think have been worst on the crew no ladder to perform service .i have sent and called several times about this matter, if not corrected will look for other service else where
