Tyler and Kendra are a great team. They have helped me and my husband hear better. They are so friendly, and Kendra always is willing to help me get my hearing aids cleaned up when needed. They always make us feel right at home. Great customer service from both of them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler Simpson, Kendra Huff and Vicki at both the Crocket and Palestine locations. They have all gone above and beyond to meet my needs and I’m quite needy. I gave unilateral hearing and the ear that hears is not great, but they were able to fit me with custom hearing aids that are amazing. I gave a crossover for my deaf ear that allows me to process sound from my deaf side. I’m an avid exerciser as well and sweat has been a problem with hearing aids. Tyler and Kendra worked with me to solve that problem. As you can imagine I am almost nonfunctional without my aids so when I needed service they set me up with a loaner programmed specifically for my needs. Kendra and Vicky are so polite and professional every single time I talk to them. I just love those ladies. Great job SoundWorks!!!
