Best car wash in East Texas. They go above and beyond to get the bugs off my windshield and grill.

Paid $20 dollars for ultimate wash, before I paid for it I asked if everything was working because last time it didnt the guy said yes but when I went in there on the soap part it only did a couple drops and it didnt do the blue shine stuff. The guys upfront that usually spray and scrub the front of the car didnt do it this time.Manager not their to give complaint too.They raised their prices but yet provide worst service!! Will not be visiting this place again.

I like the free vacuuming, lol. I have never used the car wash, but lots of people use it. Im old school, I like to wash my own car. It is right next to Gateway and Dennys, one stop shop. Glad Palestine has this.

The employees were super friendly. They did a great job with the pre wash before we pulled in. We are from Alabama and have a Crimson Tide tag on the front of our truck. We could hear the guys start singing Sweet Home Alabama. They seemed to be having a good time. That showed us they enjoyed their job and took pride in doing a good job. Thanks guys! We will be back while in the area!

The vacuum cleaners had no hoses, the attendant said they put them out sometime after lunch. I counted 4 employees, no one offered to help me. I paid $25 for a wash and really only needed a vacuuming and I thought that was part of the fee..

They close too early, under staffed and the car wash is broken as much as it is running.

I always get the top car wash and it is awesome every time. My rims always look brand new and shiny. I love the vacuums they have and they have strong suction. I drive from elkhart to go there. Love it

I paid $18 for the ultimate wash, and my truck still had dirt on it. Asked to run through a second time, and they said yes. While going through the wash, I noticed it wasn’t set to prep the wheels and wax, as such, all the wheel shine and wax was washed off. I brought this to Michael’s attention (the guy in charge at the time of my visit), and he said they couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t like I had been mudding in my two wheel drive truck, nor was it covered with mud. The wash just didn’t get the sides clean. A simple, “not a problem, let’s run you through a second time and get that mud off” would’ve kept me as a customer, but instead I’ll never be back! What happened to customer service?

I love the way my car looks when I get to the other end, but Im sad that they have taken away the 7 day rain insurance because of dishonesty! Also, the prices have gone up, hope its not because of the storm.

Manager Gustavo refused to allow me through wash due to PERMANENTLY afixed hardware lying INSIDE truck bed even after I had already paid. Refused to give me his name (got it from another employee). Poor customer service, poor communication skills, and poor leadership.

This place is quick and easy for me. Ive gone through not tipping and Ive gone through tipping to see if it may have made a difference. Sadly, it didnt make a difference. I still had bird poo on my driverside door after they scrubbed with a brush BEFORE i went through the automatic wash ($18.00). If you are like me and just cant wash your vehicle anymore, or just dont have time....its very good!👍

Little over priced for the quality of the wash. Guess they have to make up for the free vacuums. Noticed a scratch on my new paint job as well one I got home.

The work that was done was superb.

I ordered the extra wheel wash and was not given it. My wheels were not clean when we were done.

Criminals make good car washers :) Wish that older gentleman Rick was still there. Very courteous man. These kids they have working there now all look like gang members. Wouldn’t let them detail my truck again after a pocket knife and all the change in my console came up missing.

My car needed a wash badly, having driven across Texas all afternoon. This spot was next to a store of the main road that made it convenient to use; the $5 wash caught my attention. Its modern well equipped w free vacuum station. The service was also friendly and competent. My car looked like new afterwards. Cant say much about the posse in that neck of the woods; Its pretty typical what you see on the road these days post 911.

Did the drive through. Bought the top of line wash. Wasnt a thorough wash, didnt rinse good, had to clean the windows on the outside when I got home, and the vacuums were not working. Also, they have apparently stopped the 7 day rain wash.

Usually awesome but today they rushed you through and my rims and windows were still dirty and I paid for the works

Great car wash and most of the vacuums are strong but there are some that barely suck up dirt🤷🏼‍♀️i lost two items out of bed of my truck -the next week they returned one of those items...

This place has become a joke since first opening. The one in Paris is about the same age and cost less and does a wonderful job. Over the last several weeks I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again but same result. Why sell something if it’s not functioning correctly and you don’t want to fix it.

These guys were super patient and helpful in explaining the packages, and did an excellent job detailing my car. They expedited my service since I was waiting there with my baby. Very thoughtful and thorough service, highly recommend!!!

Self serve car was. Line long. I would not go so far as to say detail. Vacume was down at 2 points. Had to move twice.

I used to love this place! It has gone so far downhill. We cancelled our monthly plan because they were rarely open when we needed a car wash, vacuums are not maintained. It makes it very hard to keep your car clean. I guess we were spoiled before. Its a shame that this business isnt being taken care of..

Automatic car wash was okay. Inside cleaning not so much. Had to ask them to redo it twice and they still did not get windshield or dashboard clean. Finally have up.

Save yourself some Money manually wash your car or truck. The place has went down hill since they first opened. I purchased the Ultimate Car wash and the machine stopped midway while my car continued to pass through. After a slight argument, I was allowed to give it another try...it stopped again. I’ll be hand washing my car for a while.

It use to be 5 star but we pay 18.00 a trip which is often and it dont get the road from off.

Whenever I go to Palestine I always take my truck to this car wash. In the past it’s been great, but last week I took my truck and they took my antenna off before I entered the wash bay and they didn’t give it back. They didn’t stick it my truck or anything. I didn’t think anything about until I got home and noticed my antenna was gone. Since we live about an hour and a half a way it’s hard for me to get back there. Ive tried calling the number listed but I never get an answer.

What a waste! Worms at work here! Not saying all but the majority dont like their job and it shows. I had a manager, not a regular employee but a manager do a $28 Platinum package as Wash Masters calls it. Well with that said, after inspection, I found water/dirt over spray from my tire when it drives through water puddles all over the side of the cart. How do you over look that? I found bug spots all over hood, top and trunk. When I mentioned to it to him and showed him he stated OK, I will get someone to fix it. Funny thing is that they have a sign that states Tips are Welcomed. HAAA! Yeah right! I leave this comment due to previous problems. This one takes the cake! Good luck with your future adventure.

Used to use this place all the time. After today I will never use them again. Paid $13 for nothing. The prewash was terrible and after exiting the wash there was still soap all over my Jeep. Pulled back around to talk to someone and caught attitude from one of the workers. I work in customer service and in my experience you certainly do not treat people that way who spend money at your establishment! Never again.

Very disappointed! Been using them since they opened and have watched service go downhill. Paid $18 for Ultimate Wash as usual, and didn’t get back glass or tailgate brushed, still bugs on windshield and hood, tires not clean, and roller on right side missed half of the cab on my pickup! Guess I’ll be going back to manually scrubbing at “The Clean Scene”!

Place was great when it first opened, now its just keeps going down hill. Messes up your vehicle and they wont do anything about because you cant prove that it was done by the car wash. Wont be going back here and recommend others dont also.

It has left black marks on my white car. So of course doesnt do any good to speak to the manager. Not friendly. Waste of money buying the extra $13 and up wash cause if it rains and they are closed cant redeem if its expired. So only thing I suggest is enter at your own risk!!

Manager is rude and discriminatory against people with disabilities. Would not allow an employee to wear skin covering in the Texas sun even though the employee had Melanoma. Then fired said employee.

I paid for the most expensive car wash to get my truck cleaned and didnt even get close to getting clean so they give me another free car wash and when I went through it it broke my antenna off my $60,000 Tundra they say theyre not they say theyre not responsible for it when all they had to do is unscrew itI wouldnt advise anyone to take their car or any type of vehicle there to try to get clean if you want it cleaned it all cuz it wont happen

First time im here and i veryfully asking first before perchase super clean packages. I seen 3 guys working interior detail like a deep vaccume and airblower, wipe with towels and done. Not sure yet until i jump up my vehicle then its a awful job

The service is awful. They broke the latch to the center console of my truck and refuse to fix it. They even tried to say that it was my fault because I had to much stuff in it. Wasnt anything in it but makeup and a couple bills. If you get your vehicle cleaned here I suggest that you stay and watch them dont go to there waiting room. The employees dont care about your vehicle and neither does the owner.

Just stared a new rule, if your car is muddy you cant get go through the car wash. I dont know what else car washes are for; but they lost my service.

Horrible I paid close to $50 and my car was not clean. I will never go back because for that much I could do it myself and have a better job done. When I showed the guy he just said they were done. It was like I gave my money for nothing.
