Ryan and his crew are amazing! Thank yall for the fantastic work on my truck and my daughters car!

Ryan and Jim have always taken excellent care of my wife and I. We have used this shop on many occasions for repairs on our vehicles and have sent many friends and family members here as well. They are always quick and courteous, but most importantly, they do fantastic work. Highly recommended.

Dropped 2019 4runner off in March, in May they called to ask if Id be willing to go a different route they forgot to order the parts. Requested I send entire insurance check before they would begin repairs. Repairs took an additional 5 months in which I was required to pay for my own rental car. Picked car up with damage all the way around, no front license plate, inoperable rear view camera, check engine light on, traction control disabled and a cracked windshield. Body shop said it was dropped off that way ( some of the damage was on the side of the car they repaired) also told me I lost the plate. I provided photos upon drop off disproving all of the above. My tools were stolen from the truck while it was in their care as well as many personal items. They said theyd replace the windshield out of their pocket and I must leave. Later I discovered I can no longer use my tow hitch, a headLight that was damaged in the crash was never replaced, they moved my rear license plate and didnt install the legally required light above it. They recommended I do that on my own and stating moving rear cameras wasnt a thing. Bumper isnt aligned correctly on rear its off by over an inch. Paid cash for after market bumper and labor and they refuse to provide a receipt.

I think Railyard Customs and Collision did an exceptional job. They replaced all 4 cab mounts on my Ford F250 in a timely manner and I also had a spray in bedliner done while they had it in their shop. Im more than pleased with both. Their prices are fair, timeframe is acceptable and would return to them if I need more work done.

Haven’t had work performed by them at this time but owner super helpful and place looks good. Looking forward on doing business in the future.

They looked at our problem and gave us a quote on how much money it will take to fix the problem . Very nice people.

Long wait time. Incomplete work. Car broken into while in their care, told I needed to file a claim on my personal car insurance to replace stolen valuables.

Gave them the can of paint from HARLEY DAVIDSON, to spray saddlebags and a tourpack, they determined the paint was wrong from Harley davidson, then went on a spending spree at my expense to match the factory color. In the end Ryan decided he did his part. 6 weeks... painted twice and still cant except he wasnt capable of doing the job he was hired for. I then took the bike to a professional. Who used the Harley paint, turns out it was correct, bike looks great. Good luck

I highly recommend them. They do excellent work.

I took my truck to Ryan at Railyard after I hit a deer, and he fixed more than what the deer did. (Small dents & scratches) I would highly recommend Railyard if you ever need paint and body work.
