We would HIGHLY recommend Jims services for anyone looking to purchase a home (as he was recommended to us). His insight was extremely valuable, he did an incredibly thorough job, is easy to communicate with, and is priced very afforable for the quality youre receiving. The way he does inspections, youd think hes a family member with a concern for your future in this home.At a base level, youd expect an inspector to give you a heads up on any major concerns that should be brought up to the seller. Jim not only does that, but he gives you a very detailed report, with pictures, explaining other items in the house that arent necessarily issues, but things to watch out for. Along with his report, he sits down and explains all these things and makes sure you leave very knowledgable about the house.We will definitely be reaching back out to Jim for any future inspections and plan to recommend him to all our friends and family.
