The level of service that Jimmy provides is amazing. He gave me his personal cell phone number, and he encourages me to call anytime with questions. I often text him with photos of any issues I’m having, and he’s happy to quickly answer them. Being an owner of a new hot tub, I can say there’s a learning curve — but I always feel well supported by Jimmy as I learn to properly care for it. Who can say that about their salesperson post-sale? Awesome.

RE:CALDERA UTOPIA HOT TUBSo i have to be honest....your technician just left my house, and I was expecting there to be an expensive bill and me having to call and complain and get all worked up...I lost sleep for nothing.Im man enough to admit I WAS WRONG!The tech, I believe his name was Allen, was the most courteous,polite and professional person Ive ever dealt with.He came out right away, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and was back 2 days later to complete the repair.As hes leaving I ask what the damages are...its all under warranty, just the 50$ service fee.Thank you Jimmy and the staff and the Service Department for your help, honesty and integrity.You guys made my day!

We just bought our first hot tube and we are absolutely loving it. We did some research, checked out other place and found Arvidsons was the best place to work with. That is 100% to do with Jimmy. His customer service top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable, and easy to get a hold of. If you go there he is the one you want to work with. The type of customer service he provides is hard to find these days. I you are in the market to buy a hot tube this is the please to go.

We have lived in the north shore for almost 4 yrs now and have encountered many contractors and service support for our home. These guys are TREMENDOUS and have provided the best level of customer service we have experienced to date. They didnt oversell us on a hot tub. Jimmy Mclernons, store manager, level of service is impeccable. I text every Saturday morning the results of my water testing and he confirms treatment required. He stops by our home at moment notice for any questions we have. They are as cost competitive as Amazon on chlorine and other chemical purchases and hand deliver. He truly provides a level of customer care from the date of our purchase decision and thereafter, continuing even today to ensure we are happy. I highly recommend them for your hot tub needs. AWESOME.

Just got a spa from a friend and took a water sample here and WOW! Great place, nicest showroom Ive been in the area and the water testing was done very well, gave us a print out and how-to Were not pushy and really took time to help a new spa owner. This will be the place I get supplies. Prices are inline with online retailers. Plus they are there in person to help me and you.

Every time that I walk into the Palatine store, Im greeted by the most pleasant people....pretty cool that James remembers not only me, but my dog, as well.Ive had Arvidsons out to fix my pool and it was FABULOUS. The technicial got right to the task, fixed what needed to be fixed and was out of there in less the 30 minutes.Highly recommended
