I was very happy with their work and quality of cabinets. I contracted them on 4 projects - two my own house, and two on the rental properties. All 4 went great. Julie is awesome! She helped me to design the layout so it all fit nicely in the space. Very happy and will go there again for the next project.

Bought two bathroom vanities from Wolf. Very helpful. Lowest price we found. I guess they have been in business for over 10 years but recently moved to a larger space across the street. Our vanities came in right on time and were installed exactly on schedule. I would also rank their installers a 5 Star. VERY professional and left my bathroom spotless. A++++ rating for my entire experience.

Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with our experience with Wolf. We went there off a recommendation from our contractor after having an absolutely horrible experience with a near by competitor. Julie and Ru were helpful in design, recommendations and planning of our entire kitchen remodel. Cabinets came in without any damage in less than a week. During install there were some additional pieces that were needed and I was able to get them without any issues. Will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this group for any kitchen remodel. They are punctual, polite, clean and respectful of your home. The cabinets and quartz turned out beautiful and right on schedule just like they told me when we started the process. Both the cabinet crew and the quartz crew were top notch

I used Wolf Cabinetry for one of my rental properties a year back. And I have to say that they have good affordable cabinetry and good quality. Finally this year I decided to remodel my kitchen for my home and I had a good experience from the beginning to the end. We love our cabinetry, everything was in stock and installation was done quick and countertop was installed in less then 5 days after measurement. So overall great experience.

After shopping around for cabinets at the big box store we where happy to find Wolf Cabinetry in Palatine! Julie was fantastic in helping us design our dream kitchen, family room and laundry room and Andy made sure the prices where the best around! The install team was courteous and always made sure it was exactly what we wanted! I will be recommending Wolf cabinetry all of my friends and family.

Out of all the vendors I used for a significant house renovation, Wolf was the most disappointing.Although my contractor could have installed the cabinets for half the cost, I chose to go with Wolf since this is their specialty. It is my understanding that they have had the same installers for many years, so I had every reason to believe that they were the experts.Some of the details of the installation were sloppy--but what was the most gut-wrenching issue is that while the installer was installing the door handles, his drill bit was old and he drilled too roughly, causing the 32(!) of my BRAND NEW DOORS that I just spent thousands of dollars on to splinter around the drill holes. I asked for them to replace the doors. Julie promised that they would fix the mistake and that, according to an email from her, that they are always good with their word--but they just dabbed paint on the splinters. The installer was clearly offended that I noted his mistakes and thought my expectation to have cabinets installed correctly was unreasonable, which resulted in him making rude and inappropriate comments to me--so much so that I did not feel comfortable with him in my house, so I requested that he be removed from this project.After communicating again with Julie that I did not find the solution acceptable, I took the site plan and specifically marked which doors needed to be replaced and was told theyd order new doors. That was in July 2018. I followed up every few weeks to see the status. Finally after jerking me around for five months the doors came in. Hallelujah! Except they only sent 17 instead of 32 and there was no rhyme or reason to which doors they sent. AND almost every one of the new doors had some sort of flaw to it. Wolf Cabinetry claimed they were brand new doors, but, for example, one of the doors edges are all worn. Another came with odd drill holes already in it.After challenging them on this issue, they claimed the cabinet doors were brand new and divulged in an email the factory didnotify that since these cabinetry are mass production, standard, affordable price, they are not high end and will have imperfections on doors. In January when I asked about timing of replacement, I was told, now we are waiting for new batch of cabinetry but it will only arrive this spring from China. Huh? Another 4-5 months?What a headache, what horrible quality, what bad business practice and what poor customer service. Definitely not a partner to create the kitchen of your dreams

We are very pleased with our experience with Wolf. They did great work and were responsive to every question we had. They were prompt and we got our kitchen done fast and well and very affordably! We had a contractor working on some electrical and plumbing and Wolf worked well with them. Great job Wolf!

I had heard a lot of good things about Wolf but my personal experience has been very bad. I went to wolf last week with my husband. The lady over there was nice and told us that since it was close to closing (1/2 hour) and she had another customer to look after could we come the next day. We agreed and determined that a time of 2 to 3 pm would be good. The next day we went at 3 PM and saw 3 ladies assisting other customers. The lady we talked to the previous day was not to be seen.None of the staff greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. When eye contact was made they just turned away. We waited for some time trying to get somebodys attention but to no avail. It was a humiliating experience and the behaviour looked racist.We just walked away from the place (not a word spoken). Needless to say nobody stopped us when we were walking out.Not a place where I would like to go back again

Wolf redid our small-ish kitchen recently. Overall, I must say that I absolutely love our beautiful kitchen. The cabinetry is pretty, the granite is stunning, the drawers pull out smoothly and Im so happy with how it looks.If you are looking for someone who is an expert in kitchen design, the manager is not a person who thinks outside the box. I had to bring in my own ideas because he did not offer many of his own. My ideas did not end up working well for our space, and he was pretty good about coming back and making adjustments (for a price).I was not happy that some damage was done to our kitchen during the renovation and they would not take responsibility for it.There is a woman named Julie who works as a liaison between the manager and clients. She listens to your concerns, is courteous and is good about communication during the project.This company prefers to do everything over the phone and in person. I am the kind of person who prefers communication via email so that I have a record of what is planned and quoted. Emails typically took 3 days or longer to be responded to.The project itself was done quickly and without any major or unnecessary delays. It took about a week.The carpenters were not overly concerned about details and precision. There are some small places where the baseboards do not match up with the cabinets and two pieces of wood meet at an angle when they should be flush.With all the aforementioned downfalls, I would use them again. This is because after getting quotes from three other companies, Wolfs estimate came in at nearly five thousand dollars less than the designer competitors. Even though some minor damage happened to my kitchen and I hired a carpenter to come in and give the baseboards a more polished, finished look, I would still use them again. It only costed a few hundred dollars to fix the minor problems and damage, my kitchen looks beautiful, and I got a fantastic price.
