Great fun workout for legitimate aspiring martial artist. Very friendly and welcoming to newcomers and experienced fighters
I stopped by on day 50 of my tour Across America to raise awareness to the mental health benefits of martial arts. The gym was clean and well kept equipment was up to date in great shape and they had a HEPA air filter running to keep the risk of Covid as low as possible. I met the Owner/ Head instructor Mitch and I watched some of his Muay Thai class. I noticed how he took time and showed consideration for each individual. challenging them at their skill level and pairing them up evenly also leaving them with positive reinforcement to support their growth and build community A+ coaching skills. I was surprised to learn that he offers a free street self-defense Jiu-Jitsu meetup as part of the official Gracie garage. If you know Gracie Jiu-Jitsu its pretty much the gold standard in our current time. He also agreed to carry our stickers as part of our sacklife saver initiative to empower others with free mental health tools and free training that helps them overcome depression. If you would like to help others as well pick up some free stickers from Mitch and stick them somewhere to raise awareness. Warrior Martial Arts is doing great things and i cant wait to see them prosper.
