If I could I would give this place zero Stars. A lot of the machines dont work, and theres not even a number to get ahold of them. Theres nobody on duty to help. Its pretty run down. Sometimes the machines even reject the money.

Thank God I have a washer and dryer!!Im in process of building a house and mine are in storage, so I have used local facilities the last few months! Most of them are great- however I cant say that for Allens... I was there in the earlier part of the year making sure everything was good to be put away for a while. I lost a California King coma bed comforter priced at 199.00 and two almost new throws to match at only 20.00 each. Those were the biggest loss when drying in a dryer that melted huge holes in them. That being said I had one washer that when finished was full of water ... Needless to say my experience was one to remember! Choose another laundry facility If you can. May be more expensive but worth it in the long run!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible but this place is ridiculously nasty, nothing works and to date has taken $15.00 in change and a couple of hundred in clothes. While building my house I used Allen’s for its convenience, wow Batman was that ever a mistake!!!!! I could go on and on but I see now they are closed. Beware if they EVER reopen..

Washer didn’t spin my clothes. I moved then to the spin machine which took my money. On washer didn’t work at all. Another one had sour wet clothes. Went cuz one were I go was closed For renovations. I will never go back. I cannot find the number anywhere to call the manager I ended up being out about $11. This is ridiculous and shameful

The laundry room was clean and well lit. The washing machines had fast cycles. But the dyers could be hotter and some of the machines just took money.

Im so tired of nothing working at this place, they have new to them dryers that are far worse than the old ones, the new washing machines dont even fit a queen size comforter and never rinsed my blanket so now im re washing it since the entire blanket is full of soap... no air conditioning and no more wifi... last time i give them my business

Allens Coin Laundry must be going through new ownership and construction issues. It is not the same from five years ago.Leaky ceiling tiles, not all washers and dryers were in good working order. And although theres a super-nice, helpful attendant on duty she can only do so much.This coin laundry has been rode hard and put up wet.I really dont recommend it.

No one on proberty ever took my $10 dollars in change machine no where to leave a message..PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK AND PHONE NUMBER ON FACEBOOK IS A PRIVATE NUMBER NOT ALLENS I WILL NOT GO BACK ...YO SHOULDNT EITHER!!!!!

Same machines are busted month after month and never repaired, and when a new one busts nothing is done and are added to the problem. Just handwritten notes about why they dont work. Right now there are at least 3 washers down and four of the better dryers busted and have been they way for months. Makes it impossible when theres too many people.

This place is a complete rip off!

Its sufficient. Convienant location. Its twenty four hours Dominoes next door opened till 11:pm makes it safer at later hours, but I must say that the neighborhood is relatively safe in itself.

Its a laundry mat...located next to Dominos Pizza...yum! Ya know what...its Christmas. Im gonna give you five stars because you got wifi.

Too expensive, clothes not clean, dryers didnt heat enough to dry clothes without putting $4 or more dollars. Every other machine or dryer was out of order. Will never go back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Clean place, the machines always work great, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Went this morning around 10:00. Most of the machines are broke and the place was filthy!!! Dont plan on going back. Was there last summer and it was very clean

It is always a guessing game to figure out which of the remaining machines that dont have broken signs on them actually work.
