Trying to track down a package.They listen but I really didnt think they really want to look for the information. I am sure that it is a good company.

Shipped a package bound for Mayfield. It arrived at the Paducah terminal and was then loaded onto another truck and shipped to St Louis. What a logistical failure. Pull your head out of your a$$ ups. I paid for 2 day shipping that was over a week ago. As someone who works in logistics I should be charging YOU for every out of route Mile that package is now traveling.

Terrible customer service. They wont give out the local number so you can pick up your package. Packages that arrive Fridays dont get put on local trucks until Monday. I paid for 3 day shipping Tuesday and wont get package till next Monday. Then lady tells me the UPS I used is different company. I think she meant different division since they are both called UPS and are in the same building? A week ago I ordered a package from USPS from California on a Tuesday and it was on my porch Thursday and shipping cost was 1/3 of what I paid for this package and within 3 ounces of same weight. I will stick to USPS from now on!
