Today was my first visit to Woodyard Dental Care and I am impressed. First, their office is very inviting with nice decor and soothing colors. The receptionist was very friendly. The hygienist, Emily, was gracious and explained everything. And Dr. Woodyard was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me getting my history. Then during the exam, he explained everything he did and why he did it. This was my first visit but I am so happy with my visit. Everyone made you feel comfortable and safe.

My daughter had her first cavity filled today at age 4.5. I was a nervous wreck on how this could go. She did AMAZING!!! In and out in 15 minutes. Dr. Woodyard and his staff are always so wonderful and kind! Thank you!!!

Such a friendly, welcoming office! We felt so at home immediately. My daughter had her first ever cavity filled today, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think she may have actually had a little fun. It took NO time, and she told me three times there was no pain at all. She really likes the doctor and his staff. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I have been extremely satisfied with the professional and friendly service and staff. Dr. Woodyard replaced two front teeth that chipped when I fell and also is doing a great job of cleaning and taking care of periodontal issues. We recommend this office highly.

Best dentist Ive been to! Very professional operation in all respects. Love that Dr. Woodyard does the majority of usual procedures right in house -- including crowns and root canals. Getting a crown in one visit is truly amazing. Mary is a wonderful hygienist with a solid knowledge of her area of expertise. You wont be disappointed!

Dr. Woodyard is a fantastic dentist. His office is clean and his staff are friendly. While his prices may be a bit more expensive, the work he does really justifies the cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any dental needs.

Dr. Woodyard and his entire staff are excellent! Before becoming a “regular” at Dr. Woodyard’s, going to the dentist was a “necessary evil”! Now, it’s completely different for me. He provides the most thorough dental care and prior to even treating you, as a new patient, he gathers your medical background, takes blood pressure, and assesses your overall general health before you ever get into the chair. It’s hard not to feel like part of the family! Dr. Woodyard and his staff are truly an asset to Paducah!

My whole family goes to Woodyard Dental Care and we all love them. They are wonderful with my 3 year old and my 9 year old that had awful dental anxiety from previous experiences from another dentist in Paducah. I myself didnt have a dentist I liked until I found him and now I dont mind going. I even have some of my co workers and extended family going to him. BEST DENTIST AROUND!!!

I am proud of the great work that he does! Now we talk way too much about teeth in our family!

Although the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the cost of service is considerably higher than many other alternatives in Paducah. For a basic cleaning, I was billed $193.00 (including a $47.00 exam fee and $64.00 for imaging). For comparison, Audubon offers cleaning, exam and x-ray for $109.00 and a membership at Bohle for $189/year gets you 2 cleanings a year at no further cost + 20% off other services. I asked why things at Woodyard are so much more expensive than the competition, and was told it was because they use superior tools and imaging. Woodyard does offer cash discounts for services normally over $500, but is unwilling to negotiate for services below that amount. Unfortunately, the surprisingly high bill has ruined an otherwise good experience for me and cost this facility at least one customer.
