Can’t get anyone to answer phones or in person

I went in with a virus on my laptop and it got fixed,however not all of the problems I mentioned were fixed. Its a brand new laptop so the family control shouldnt be set up and wont allow me to do simple things I need for class without having to download this and that and still not work. Weve put in over $1000 in this thing and still have bad results.

The young man who assisted me was very patient and very knowledgeable while assisting me! He did a good job of explaining things in a way that I could understand them since I am not computer savvy.

I was turned away for a broken keyboard. I made an appointment the day prior and described problem on the phone with a Geek Squad employee. They said they would be happy to look at it, but when I arrived I was told they dont look at hardware and would only send it away (which would take several weeks). I drove an hour to get here, but they couldve easily told me they wouldnt repair hardware over the phone and saved me the trip. This is clearly a very mediocre and poorly trained staff if they dont even have the knowledge to look at a keyboard.

Then Geek squad girls are hot the guys kinda weird but both genders had many people whole seemed unknowledgeable about technology at all as I have studied technology all my life I tried to have technological conversations with them they seemed baffled others seemed like they were on the samepage cudos to them
