Don’t even come in here it’s a horrible place my appointment was at 10:00 am and I’m here at 7:00 am and there is no other trucks, they said they gonna unload me at my appointment time very disrespectful people and place they have like only 20 doors and they ack like it’s a distribution center.

Quiet, nice place, polite people. I was 2 hours late, I called in advance. They said ok. They unloaded 7 pallets of $ 100 lumper in about 1 hour and ...go home.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Dock hours are 6am to 1pm. No overnight parking. Truck stop 2 blocks away. Lumper fee was $600.00 to unload candy pallets. Huge parking lot with plenty of room to back into dock door. Took about 3 hours to get fully unloaded, sort and count the product. Make sure you watch your signs, one entrance to enter the other one is an exit.

If you take the overnite candy load from Mars/Wrigley in Joliet IL. Be prepared to wait all day for these guys to unload you. They seemingly brake down each pallet has it comes off the truck. Had to run reefer for 6&1/2 hrs. Lumper fee was $700... yes, $700 ! Price the next day into your rate since you will be here for most of it. Also, no parking on site. Reserve a spot at the nearby Pilot. Easy backing, friendly people, just SLOW

Got in and out pretty fast but lumper fee was 300 bucks for 4 pallets no onsight parking reserve a spot at pilot because its small and fills up fast

5 min del except for having to wait 20 minutes on auth # for lumper fee.

A GREAT place

Easy to dock in but my Lord the lumper fee and time!!!I got here at 04:45 for a 06:00 appointment. I was backed into a dock at 05:55. Its 11:00 now and no word from the inside. My lumper fee was $725.00! The most Ive paid to date for lumpers.Nice people but bring KY and a lunch!

I have only dealt with this HT Hackney on the RDC side of things. I have been to 4 or 5 HTHs and this one is head and shoulders above all the rest. Whenever there is a load out of Knoxville, TN coming here I grab it if I can. Knoxvilles RDC shipping is borderline and I cant stand sitting but once I am on the road with this as a destination my day gets brighter. RDC at this facility is top shelf. Very professional and clean area.

They apparently dont know how Truck drivers clocks work or they just dont care. They charged a $725 Lumper fee for 26 pallets. Backed into a door at 6am still waiting for paperwork at 1pm. Wont be back. Ssssllloooooooooooooowwwwwwwwww!!!

Really bad treatment because I was late an hour they didn’t want to offload 5 pallets, I offered them $700 and nothing, they had the worst attitude possible, very unprofessionally they told me to come back another day

Rude and snotty, wasnt in any hurry to take care of me. While I was there a woman was telling me they couldnt find her order. It was almost like nobody knew what was going on.
