I have used tel-a-rent and they were awesome especially for people like me who cant just go out and buy something

I was just threatened by the manager James with legal action a class C felony for being 37 days late for a set of couches only my dog likes they are so uncomfortable and already falling apart and I have paid on time for a year or more. Im unemployed because of covid-19 and a sprained ankle, plus Im a single mom of two disabled kids. Ive tried to return the product but they refused to take them back, said they were too damaged.

We have not had any issues from this place. The workers are the best.

Modified Review as of 6/17/2019First off a negative review had been placed by me prior to today, after speaking with Mike the owner and Chris his son today on several occasions, I will take Mikes word the problem has been resolved by management at the Ozark office, not to get too involved with the previous review for that location. I have been doing business with this company for quite a while, I believe in fairness and respect on both sides, customer and the business, Mike listened to my concerns which led me to have a change of heart, I highly recommend Tel-A-Rent.

The staff is the most down two earth friendly folks ive met in a long time. Very attentive

They dont stand by there stuff I have to take the top court to get my money back I got stuff dont work and they well not fix them so I would never go back to tel-rent I well spend the word no matter how I got to do that I well put sign on my car put it all over Facebook I well get the word out there people have the same experi ance do the same people got too know

If youre needing furniture or appliances and cant afford to buy them outright this is the place for you.
