Very Professional! Called Scott as I wanted to deal with a small business that I could talk directly with the owner and knew he would be the one that would be doing the work. Scott and his crew were extremely professional and prompt. He even called to confirm our appointment time the day before, which I appreciated. They used the latest equipment to extract all the junk from out house that was built in the ‘50s. (And there was lots of junk in those ducts) Afterwards, they used a biodegradable and safe chemical to disinfect the ductwork which impressed me. The duct work is all clean now and my Wife and I feel a lot better about the quality of our inside air. We will be using Scott again. Thanks Scott

Scotts Air Duct Cleaning is the way to go! They are professional and very friendly. Scott explained everything they were going to do and showed us pictures of before and after. Wow, what a difference! I couldnt believe how much dust, dirt, etc. they sucked out that had been collecting over time. They took their time to make sure all the ducts/vents were as clean as possible. Not only did they clean the air vents in the floor and the duct work, but they also cleaned out all of the cold air return vents and our dryer vent as well! Scott was extremely professional and thorough. I have less dust in the house and my allergies are minimal since the cleaning. The dryer vent cleaning probably saved my house from burning down. It was amazing to see the piles of lint that came out. My furnace filters seem to last twice as long since the cleaning also. I am very glad I decided to call Scotts and was pleasantly surprised at how uninvasive the whole process was. I feel like this is the most beneficial outside service I have used in my home.

Scott and his crew did I great job. Our ducts were gross and as new owners of the house I wanted any old residents gross out of the ducts. It was great that when the left they swept up the floors. The only thing I wish is I got the carpets cleaned after rather than before because there is a lot of equipment going in out of the house and I noticed Scotts crew through what they found in the bathroom vents into the bathroom trashcans and I hadnt emptied the cans so the stuff he put in them was spilling out and covered in dust and gross.I would definetly recommend them though his prices are extremely fair and he gave me a quote right over the phone and didnt have surprise add ons. I will be calling scott again in a couple years to clean the ducts again :)
