My father has been coming to this location for many many years to prepare his taxes. Theyve treated him with the same respect he gives. Dont expect someone to tolerate you if you are a rude customer! Im a second generation that has come to them for preparation of my taxes and have received exceptional service every time. I recommend them very much!

An old lady asked them to lend her the bathroom and they did not lend it to her, they told her many lies, despite the fact that she was going to give them the money. For the bad service they gave her. They are unfair, they have no compassion because they only care about money. I have gone to other places with the same service and they are more friendly and do not leave their customers on the street waiting. They would have to have more compassion for the elderly to be able to use the bathroom or for the bathroom to be made of gold so as not to lend it to that type of person.

They are rude and shamelessly steal from you. Dont go there. They paint him nice but for entering there they want to charge him and also leave him outside waiting. They are thiefs. I was outraged because the owner came out very rude to me. What a horror I will never go back there.
