Fair prices and good customer service

Just called them about my advance tax refund and the owner had no clue what was going on and when I tried getting more information he got really aggressive with me. I later found out that I wasn’t accepted through their bank to receive the advance and was still charged for the advance fee. The only reason I found out is when I called back after the owner Hung Up The Phone On Me!! So disrespectful. He’s probably taking advantage of people who aren’t informed about their taxes and don’t know they have other options . To whoever is reading this . You do have other options!

I am never the type to put things on the internet of people but they treated me badly and my wife too. We went because we wanted them to give us a loan for an emergency I had and I made them and they told me that for the next day they were going to talk to me to give me the loan but they never talked to me. And I went to the business personally and the owner treated me badly and better I did them elsewhere. Dont come to this place just because its cheap
