Took a watch to replace battery they dint have the tool to open back cover of watch dude ended up scratching my watch all he said is sorry about that

Bought a ring and they sold me the insurance but when it came to getting my item replaced all they did was gave me the run around the manager said to me he would take care of it and then went on vacation and never even ordered my item, Deff!!! never going back to that store horrible customer service especially it coming from the store manager
