These guys. It took me two entire months from the very first time I called them in order for them to help me get a job! (Tommy) is the guy who helped me out. Not only that. They are one week behind w/ my payroll right now and the guy is always nice and professional but quite irresponsible when it comes to getting things done. Although I have to mention hes been very helpful with me, I cant really say hes fast on getting the job done. Im not sure if its because its my fist time with them? But its just my experience. Although professional, not quite as fast as expected it to be... So, if youre looking to get hired right away with a reliable company. Im not too sure about that. I had three other people coming over to get a job with them but I rather sent them elsewhere...

If you dont get the job they will never call you back but they will hammer your phone, email whatever they can get their paws on before interviews and meetings, they are so unpunctual, I waited more than 20 minutes in reception after the meeting time, they put you through so many filters just wasting time before you can get an interview. One of the hiring people told me they werent li the other hiring agencies and proceded to do what all hiring agencies do. So unprofessional

Aerotek is a great hiring agency that they truly care for their clients and will do anything to make them happy. I actually used them to obtain a job that I am working now and I love every single minute of when I go to work, I worked with one recruiter named Rachel and she’s been phenomenal, she is a talented, hard-working, diligent individual that went above and beyond for me and I am sure she will do the same for all of her future clients. Rachel also is very communicate with her clients and you never have to send a follow up email to her, she will not let you down and she has not let me down and I give so much credit to her and the Aerotek team. Very bias and unprofessional, offered me a certain amount an hour then a day later back tracked and tried low balling me for lower salary. I called them on it and said I wanted another job. They ignored my calls and havent returned them since. Its a snobby agency to work for.

His is the worst staffing agency I have ever been to. I had the displeasure of coming here after moving to the area and wanted to find a job. I met with a recruiter (Brenda.R) and was very kind and receptive at first however her attitude and demeanor changed to being critical and condescending when she asked what my salary and work hour requirements were. I explained to her what I was looking for in regards to salary and preferred not to work overtime as I have a newborn. Its apparent this place is looking for LOW WAGE worker servitude to gain the most profit.I get it your trying to make money and your interest lies with your client but dont MISTREAT people as soon as the illusion of dollar signs disappears for you. Just because someone goes to you for your services does not mean they are DESPERATE and you shouldnt shut someone out because they are looking for a FAIR WAGE for the experience that they have. You want to make more money? Try treating people with dignity. People looking for work are not numbers for you or your organization to hit, we are HUMAN and looking for work experience, or put food on the table- no different than you.Also dont judge a persons work ethic solely on piece of paper- in this case their resume, given that your most likely going to be their employer and you should GET TO KNOW THEM as they will also be representing YOU to your client.And finally can you STOP asking people to explain short insignificant work gaps that happened years ago? This is pathetic, its 2019, people stop temporally working for a number of reasons and someone in your position should have heard them all by now.If you want to be treated fairly go somewhere else and dont let these people EXPLOIT you.

I’ve had a great experience with Aerotek so far! Joey was the recruiter I worked with and he helped me find a job that was a perfect fit for me in just a couple weeks. He prepared me for the interview with the company by explaining exactly what would happen. He also helped me formulate questions. Once I was offered the position, I was able to complete onboarding paperwork online, which was easy and convenient. I really appreciate the work Joey and Aerotek are doing.

They’re liars, and will lie right to your face. I was set up with Evan who I expected to hear back from after he supposedly calls my references, and didn’t for two weeks. Everything had gone so well in the interview, and I had been so hopeful. So why all of a sudden was I made to be felt like this was all a joke? I decided to make the call myself, which he didn’t even remember me even after I gave my name and the job I’d interviewed for. He said he’d give me a call back, said he’d try my references again that he supposedly couldn’t get ahold of. I’m sure I’ll be waiting for that call to never happen. Oh well, on to the next.

Not professional at all got a recruiter by the name of Meghan Hillier doesnt know what she talking about will leave you in the dark about your status with the company. Call many times about questions and concerns she doesnt have an idea what was going on didnt know who the leads,supervisors etc are. Theyll blow your head up telling you that your just around the corner from going permanent send you emails about how good of a job you doing. But once you hit that 5-6 months mark theyll switch up on you so fast all you could do is laugh about it.

Meghan is always very nice and calls in to check on me to see how my job is going. She is always extremely helpful when helping me find a job.

Very unprofessional and amateur agency, they lack communication both with the employees and employers, which can end up costing you your job. The recruiter Evan is highly incompetent and just doesnt seem to know what hes doing. He always forgets to either enter your hours or give important information to either the employees or employers. To top it off he asks for you to not make him look bad when he screws up, that alone should set off some alarms. If I were his boss hed been long gone, very incompetent guy.

THIS PLACE IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. This office either has too many candidates for them to handle or not enough recruiters at the office. At this point I will be continuing my job search on my own or move to another employment agency in Oxnard. Really disappointed in the service.

Very irresponsible. Idk the name of the lady who gives out checks and/or sets up direct deposit... but my husband went in to get his check that was supposed to be direct deposit & they close at 5, he went after work around 4:30. She was gone. And when he asked why he hasn’t received his direct deposit they said she hasn’t gotten to it yet, and it was supposed to be done last week. She left early, he couldn’t get his check, and now he has to wait until Monday, when that check was supposed to be a direct deposit! We have bills to pay!

They did get me work quickly, however after I was placed in the job I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. Barbara is possibly the worse there and unfortunately she is the lead recruiter so there is no escaping her. I worked doing a project for them on short term notice in another city to be on good terms and show that I am reliable. I found a job that i was at for a good amount of time. After i left that position, i gave them a call and they have not treated me as a good worker but rather a burden when i call. They say they have work for me then they say im not the right fit. Over and over again i feel more betrayed when i gave them nothing but a strong foundation for us to go on. My recruiter was brandon who i felt was amazing then i was passed to evan and have felt the furthest thing from satisfied. Disappointing.

I spoke to one person there in regards to a warehouse job. I was excited it was where they make makeup. I came back to do the nath test. Then all of a sudden I dont qualify which is crap. After thst never heard back from them. And then they tell me to go to other employment agencies.

I have worked for many agencies but this one keeps messing with my money they pay me late and if you want a pay check you have to go all the way to the agency and pick it up. Then i got direct deposit and i havent been paid in 3 weeks i called and complained and they told me it was the bank fault so i called Bank of America and they told me they havent Deposit any money form this company yet i called back to Aerotek and they said they would fix it and guess what they havent.

Very unprofessional the recruit Jose will never give fallow ups. You will get terminated for no reason even if you have good work ethics and are educated. Will not give a valid response as to why your assignment was ended and respond with you quit when that is not the case. Asked for another rucruiter which was Edgar and hes just as unprofessional as Jose or worse. Will never call you back to see how the job is going or about if your saposed to go in to work. Also gets mad when you point out the flaws in their unprofessionalism. Had to talk to their manager to solve the problem which was the same person who started me off with a job and she is very professional. Very disappointed with this agency, also everyone was trying extremely hard not to contact their manager nor kept her updated to the big problem I was having with Spatz laboratory. Besides the manger all the the recruiters Ive dealt with are extremely disrespectful and will not help you if they feel intimidated by pointing out their flaws and unprofessionalism. Ive been with this agency for 7 months and am extremely disappointed the way they treat their workers.

They said they would contact me and i was never contacted in email or thru phone.
