Made an appointment with geek squad to fix my iMac. On the day of the appointment the guy calls only to tell me he can’t do the job!! Why are you even with the geek squad team??? It’s the Worst protection plan ever. They never answer the phone and it’s always a long hold.
What a joke, I ordered a premium TV mount package because I wanted it done right with no wires exposed, the premium package clearly indicates that wire concealment is included. What it doesnt say is that unless a previous cut out is present they do not conceal the wires without an additional charge of $130. For one if I knew that in the beginning I wouldnt order premium, two if there was a previous wall cut out I would run the wires myself and once again avoid the premium package fees. When I tried to get a refund down to a standard package I couldnt because the installer connected my PS4, can you believe that? One HDMI cable from the TV to the PS4 left dangling and exposed is considered premium service So now all my wires are exposed and dangling, if I wouldve ordered the standard package id still feel ripped off, this is the absolute worse service I have ever gotten I wish I could leave zero stars!
Worst protection plan Ive ever had. Purchased a TV from bestbuy, 6 months later it doesnt work. They come and fix, now its worse. The panel is coming off from the frame so you can see all the lights from inside of the tv . Not to mentiom my remote was never replaced. Still waiting from someone to take the time to look into my issue. Ive been waiting since last week of July. First and last time i buy from these guys.
If I could give zero stars I would! My iPhone 6’s battery needed to be replaced. My terrible experience started when I called to make the appointment and the lady made it obvious they do not care about customer service. I brought my phone in and was told to reschedule the appointment until after I had backed my phone up (I should’ve been told to do this ahead of time). I came in for the second time a few hours later to drop my phone off and was told the replacement would take 1 and 1/2 hours (I eventually had my battery replaced at iProtech in Ventura in 15 minutes!) I came in for the THIRD TIME 1 and 1/2 hours later only to be told that they wouldn’t replace my battery. Do not come here, I highly recommend iProtech in Ventura!
If I could give zero stars I would! I brought my computer to this Best Buy Geek Squad so they could fix my charging port. They replaced the whole motherboard, now I get blue screen errors, or it shuts off completely and wont turn back on. 7 repairs later, Ive spoken to the store managers, the corporate resolution specialist, and they are all sorry for your frustration with your laptop, there is nothing we can do. Haha... My frustration is with the people/ company who broke my laptop! Do not use this company!!! They have no guarantee behind their work and they have no pride in customer service or resolutions!!! Small claims court here I come.

Advice: Dont buy phone insurance through geek squat they always send you to the manufacture its a waste of money. Ok so my phone aux port is not working properly so I went yesterday 8/30 2017 and I talk to one of the geek squat guys .. he look at the phone and told me We are gonna give you a new one this is consider wear and tear then he show the phone to his supervisor and he said the same thing. Then he told me he had to make an appointment for today 8/31 At 11:40 to look at the phone and order a replacement phone. So I went in today so they can look at the phone and the geek squat lady told me i had to go to Samsung because they cannot order me a new phone and they cannot fix it either. It was a really bad experience they just wasted my time. Thanks for nothing. Geek squat train your staff better
