The experience was great, professional and efficient service staff.

Who ever is it that is doing the IT work get him Fired and hire another one since i never had an issue until now.I been going with them for years and everything went good since one day I took my note 8 everything was working good and just needed to fix the bottom of the phone the connector to plug in my phone to charge it and next time I know they did fixed but they damaged both of my cameras front and back. Then when I said if they going to fix it they said that there will be an additional charge.

This is the worst cell phone repair place ever! Very shady location and storefront definitely didn’t look up to code. The associates are very rude especially after spending $200 in the place took forever to get my device back. Then I had an issue with it afterwards and they didn’t even attempt to help me out. Got my phone fixed in the valley for $100 cheaper and it was done in a hour trust me stay away!

Took my wifes iPad here to have the broken screen replaced. This is the third time I have used there services to repair an Apple product. First two times were to replace an ipad screen and the third for an IPhone screen. They are always very nice and helpful and reasonably priced. It cost $80.00 to replace an ipad screen. This last time when replacing my ipad screen they made numerous attempts to get into my ipad without a password and locked up the screen. They then conveniently offered to unlock it for an extra $20.00. So they loose two stars for locking up my wifes iPad without permission; then trying to use it their advantage to make money. Thats just not good customer service. By the way, the screen put on the iPad, I believe is an aftermarket product because the screen sticks out more than the original.

Ok, here is my final review of Creative Cell. First off, I went to their store about 2 months ago from writing this review to get my Samsung Note 5 Rear Camera replaced due to accidentaly cracking it, last year. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. Lots of accessories to offer. Anyways, I told them about my problem. They ordered the replacment for a fairly cheap price. I was told to wait at least a week for it to arrive. I went back after almost a week and they repaired it. Tested the camera and the picture turned out great. So, I left the store without fully inspecting my phone. (How dumb of me). A week or two surpassed and ive started to notice that my screen started to tear. (I think it was adhesive). Wrote my first review about the screen tear. The owner, Cesar, was kind to respond to my review. After exchanging words, he offered to replace my screen and camera (First replacement of the camera was great). I was like ok, thats fine. Took about two weeks for my replacements to come in. I went back to their store had it replaced. Now my Note 5 looks brand new. Ill provide pictures of the screen tear and the new screen. In conclusion, if any of you guys are looking for great service, accessories, or replacements. Go here. Its cheap compared to other stores.

Ok, so before i came to this place, i had called to ensure they could temp plate my cells screen. I had called other places prior to this 1 and the other places said they couldnt because of the curves on edge of phone. I told this to the employee and he still said they could do it, that they knew how. After paying i inquired about a warranty for there work in case the temp plate came off after i left, their was none of course. Sure freaking enough the temp plate unglued, so im back to an unprotected screen. So dont say you werent warned of the clueless kids working there.

My first time ever working with Creative Cell and their service was Impeccable! I was online searching for the best place to fix my broken screen on my iPhone 5c without any extra fees or catch. I came across the Creative Cell website and prices were very reasonable and affordable. When I got to the location I was very pleased with the customer service. They took my phone and in less than 40 min my phone was fixed and working in perfect condition. Creative Cell is definitely a place Im going want to continue doing business with.

They installed a screen on my iPhone incorrectly. The side was popped up. I put a case on it and it cracked. Don’t use them. They won’t refund

Yesterday at creative cell I experience what we can call a great service, very quick and have what I needed to get my home fix. My iPhone 6 Plus came back to life when I took it to this shop. Prices are very reasonable and I would say cheaper than anywhere including the divide original store. I try to help my community and I do recommend this place for your phone repair because of the fast and great service.

If you need your device fixed now this is the place go. This place is a little hard to find but well worth making the effort to locate. The employees are professional and efficient. The prices are the best Ive seen and these guys have a can do attitude. If they make a mistake or something goes wrong they will take responsibility and make it right. They honor their warranties.

We flew in from Washington DC and my daughters best friends iPhone 6 just went blank for three days. After arriving at the shop we did not have to wait at all. Great customer service. In this day and age our cell phones are an attachment to ourselves, and when theyre not up to operating conditions we feel disconnected. Luckily theres people like the helpful guys over here at Creative cell. I came in there thinking Id have to leave my phone overnight due to a faulty LCD screen but they were able to fix me up and get me out of there in just a few minutes

I’ve been getting my phone fixed here at creative cell a while because they have good prices and one day I brought my broken iPhone 6s and they told me that it has a backlight issue and that they could not fix it/ it was unfixable. Then I heard about fix it right on Saviers rd and I showed them the problem with my phone and he said he’ll look at it and if he can fix it to come back in a week. It’s been a week and I just now got back my phone and they fixed it surprisingly! So if you have serious problems don’t come here.

I walked in with a cracked iPhone 7 plus and left with a smile and a perfectly not cracked iphone 7 plus. These guys told me an hour and called me in 30 minutes, saying the good tech was working today ( tuesday) and the phone was done. I was bummed when my galaxy mega dropped out of my purse and cracked. the screen was intact but I was not able to slide it open. I don’t think they use authentic parts. I changed the screen in my iPhone6 and it looks different. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to take it back but definitely it is not the same quality screen. The service was fast . I wish there was an apple store in Oxnard/Ventura area

Went to fix my cracked screen on my iphone and when I got home checked everything to see if it was fine and the screen is literally popping out of the corners of the phone. I could literally see light when the screen is completely black and everything is so slow and glitchy. Everything was completely fine before taking it to get fixed. I don’t recommend getting your cracked screen fixed here what a ripoff

This is the BEST place Ive ever been to! Im from out of town and when I was drooling my sister off to her college my screen was already cracked and I dropped it again and my LCD glitched. So I came here and when I came back to collect my phone. It was brand new! It was on all the way, so perfect! 👌🏼

This store is the worst. I went to drop off my phone and while there my phone was still able to connect to my car via Bluetooth even though the screen was cracked, so I know when I received it back “disabled” it was due to them trying to get in my phone for whatever reason. BEWARE. I had to do a factory restore and lost all my information. To make matters worse the replacement screen cracked within a week of installment and you can tell it was replaced using a cheaper screen. I would give this place zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY!

Rude customer service and unfair price quotes. After mentioning I had found a lower price elsewhere (half the price) to unlock an old flip phone, the employee literally said well you should go there.
