My husband wrote this review and its exactly right:Brian came to do my carpet last Saturday. I had to leave before he finished and before my wife had returned form running one of our kids somewhere. I had gotten a good vibe off Brian from the moment he arrived and so asked him if he felt comfortable finishing up in that little period when hed be all alone. He said he would. I left him a check. My wife arrived just as he was leaving and called me immediately to tell what a great job hed done. When I got home I saw immediately that he had indeed done a superb job and had done it at a great price.Yay Brian! Yay Superb Affordable Carpet Cleaning!

THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY MUST NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SUPERERB STEAMERS FOR THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE OUR FOUR ROOMS CLEAN . WE MOVED ALL OUR FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS TO PREAPARE FOR OUR CARPET TO GET CLEANED . NEXT THING WE KNOW 50 MIN., BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SUPER STEAMERS GUY BRIAN CALLS SAYING HE WASNT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HIS APPOINTMENT FOR NO REASON, SOMETHING CAME UP HE HAD NO EXPLANATION. WE EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION AND HE SAID SORRY WONT BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB FOR COUPLE OFF DAYS. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED WITH HIS ANSWER. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY.DO NOT RECOMMEND. GIVE THIS CO. A BIG ZERO.
