I called American West regarding a freezer hinge on a unit donated to our Veterans Non-Profit Charity. I asked how much a hinge would cost at most. The woman who talked to me kept cutting me off, repeating that they had a service charge and had to make a living. I agreed with her, trying to explain that all I wanted to know was how much could a door hinge on a certain Kennore mini freezer cost at most. She kept on cutting me off, saying I had to pay someone $55 to tell me that. I again tried to ask if there was someone who could tell me the most it might cost for that and she hung up on me. The whole conversation took 30 seconds out of her busy day. Will NEVER do business with a company that treats prospective customers like that.
