Joseph did an exceptional job on cleaning and sealing our stone tile. Explained the entire process and it is the best it has looked in years. Totally recommend them.

We had Stanley Steemer clean the carpeted areas in our house, as well as a few area rugs. The team arrived well within the promised time window and were very efficient and professional. However the overall quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations. The carpeted areas were well cleaned, including removal of a few minor spots, but the cleaning of the area rugs left much to be desired. There were a number of spots on the area rugs that the cleaners indicated could not be removed due to the age and wear on the rugs. Yet, later my wife was able to get these spots out completely through her own hard work and the application of some Service Master cleaning products that we had around the house. We will look for alternatives to Stanley Steemer the next time we need carpet cleaning services.

Junior arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. He brought all the equipment and was fast unloading it. He completed a walk though with me and pointed out areas of concern.There was minimal disturbance to the property, neighbors and walk way. He was thorough and detailed. He wiped around all edges with a cleaning cloth and solution to ensure all tile was clean and dry.He was very conscientious and went the extra mile. If you use Stanley Steemer I would definitely recommend requesting him specifically. His work quality aren’t him twice the amount of tip I was planning on providing. I will use them again in the near future.

Victor Valadez was my technician. The technician is really important in getting a good job. I told him I thought the last time the company sent someone out they really did not get the carpet clean. He worked nonstop. The carpet looked brand new and he cleaned the Grout in the downstairs tile beautifully.I will always ask for him in the future. He really made my day!

I wish that the carpet wasnt so wet after the cleaning, 6 to 8 hours for it to dry on a cold day isnt the greatest.

They were prompt (arriving at the time indicated by the call center), thoroughly explained what the process would be and although they said it would take approximately 2 hours, they were done in a little over an hour. All this fellow did was tell me the traffic areas would not come out clean and I should buy Oxiclean and do it myself. This one person did a horrible job, only being here a much shorter time than the previous teams of two. Very disappointed. Thisj job reminded me of the $29 advertised carpet cleaning rip off companies . I pay more and expect more from /Stanley Steamer.

It looks like nothing was done but get the carpet damp. Stains still there then they say we dont know how long theyve been there! Does it matter? Our products are water based! You are a professional carpet cleaner, you are paid to get stains out! Re-think before you hire these people!

Daniel and his team clean my white carpeting three times a year under a specially discounted contract for customers needing frequent cleaning (love that white carpeting!). They have been here several times. They are always very professional, arrive on time, are responsive to my specific requests, and provide extra services such as floor tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning on my outside patio furniture on an “as needed” basis. They have done a good job reducing or removing some of my more difficult stains, including coffee and black printer ink stains (took several visits over time). They have always done an excellent job for me. They are careful to follow Covid-19 safety regulations. I recommend them heartily.

The cleaners were late, but the company called to communicate, which is a big plus. The gentlemen were very nice. The only downside is that they left my area rug which they werent cleaning and floor wet. I am still waiting on everything to dry, as it was soaking wet.

TERRIBLE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME! The guy was told to stay away from my new wood floors. He was on the cell most of the time. When done, the carpets were very WET and so were the wood floors! Told Stanley and someone was to get back with me. Months, and NOTHING!

Our travertine floor tile needed cleaning badly. In SB all the local companies wanted over $,1200.00 to clean about 400sq ft.Stanley Steemer came and gave a very low estimate and started a few days later. Upon inspection we noticed there wasnt enough difference, in fact the floor barely looked any cleaner. We immediately called and spoke with the Manager who personally came the next day and cleaned the floor again. He used a stronger solution and the floor looks like it did when brand new. He even got marks out that we never thought could be removed. WE HIGHLY recommend Stanley Steemer of Oxnard and we will DEFINITELY use them again!!!

The gentleman did a wonderful job, however, I dropped a star because the company is not supporting their workers with protective gear nor paying them additional at this time. I was able to provide a mask. He had bought his own gloves.

Joe and Steve were wonderful! I had very stained cheap carpet (apartment carpet) with high traffic and pets. The final result blew me away! The were quick, clean and careful, and were done with 3 rooms and a hallway within an hour. I cant recommend this team highly enough.

So disappointed in the customer service this company offers. I had three appointments ad had to leave work to be at home. The first time, the service man advised he did not have a second person to help him, so they couldnt polish my floors. He then attempted to increase my price by another $100, because he had misquoted previously. I had another appointment scheduled for the same service the following day. No one showed up or called. I re-scheduled for 3 days later with an arrival window of 9-12. At 1:00, I called, as I needed to get to work and was told the techs were having lunch and would be an hour later. . I was re-scheduled again for this morning. The tech arrived and advised the would only be cleaning the floors and not performing the polishing for the price quoted in person and over the phone per the managers direction At that point I told them to leave. I have been using this company for over 10 years and have them to my home approximately 8 times per year. At this point, I will no longer do business with this company as it seems the management has taken to unethical and unprofessional business tactics.

Kudos to Daniel and Jason who cleaned and put down a gloss finish on my Saltillo Terra-Cotta floor. We thought the tile would need to be replaced after years of neglect by previous owners. Now, we can enjoy this floor for years to come without the need for an expensive replacement. Both Daniel and Jason were extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very efficient. I never thought my carpet would ever come clean. Sorry to be descriptive but never expected orange vomit soaked in the carpet to come out. YUCK! Cleaning carpet without vacuuming is nasty!! Why dont you vacuum the carpet before cleaning?; and, the only piece of furniture (couch) left was not moved and the carpet not cleaned under. Last, how about getting off your cell phone??? The wood floors, adjacent to the carpet were WET. Thank god I noticed and wiped up the standing water through out the house. These are real wood floors and standing water will damage them (Yes, the dude was told). We will see if the wood gets damaged. Needless-to-say, the dude was gone in a flash. Needed my carpets cleaned for a move out. Had a couple of companies give me a cheap quote over the phone, then when they showed up they would raise the price from $80 to $300. Called Stanley steemers and they were honest, affordable, and showed on time. Daniel and Victor were friendly and efficient. Got the job done in about an hour. Great company and great service!

Had only one room scheduled for cleaning prior to putting our home on the market. Tech did not move any furniture in the room.... when we started to put end tables, etc back in the room, and barely moved the couch... we discovered tech had not cleaned underneath any of our furniture. Laziest and poorest quality cleaning I have ever had. Company states they will return tomorrow to rectify.... do not appreciate setting aside additional time when it should have been done correctly in the first place. With the volume of competitors available to perform the same service, I find no reason to put forth such a shabby level of service.

We had Stanley Steemer about 3 years ago. I was not impressed with the rug cleaning. I actually purchased a large rug cleaner about ten years ago and did the cleaning myself. Now the machine is too heavy for me. My husband thought we should try your company again.I am so happy that we did. Victor Tomas, your employee, is outstanding. He cleaned our living room rug (which shows our path from the dining/living room area to the master bedroom) and removed the main path, which no one had done for years, including me with our heavy industrial machine. I was not at all satisfied with Stanley Steamer . My appointment window was between 11am and 2 pm. They arrived at 3:30 pm. They did phone at 1:20 to say they would be late and I was grateful they did that. But needless to say, the time delay messed up other plans.However even more disturbing was the job they did. The head person was very nice and appeared accommodating. He asked if I wanted him to move the furniture. I thought this was standard procedure, but apparently it is not. I replied that I did want the furniture moved as we occasionally rearrange the furniture. Yesterday we purchased a Christmas tree and did indeed rearrange the furniture to accommodate the tree. When we moved a small club chair there was a large spot under it. So obviously they never moved any furniture. I don’t know why they even asked, if they were not going to move it anyway!I don’t think they did a thorough job; probably because they were running so late and had already worked at four different places before arriving at my house. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to others.

The two guys where very polite yet unknowledgeable about cleaning carpets, they left the carpets soaking wet, not damp but soaking. Once they finally dried off all you could smell is mildew. Lifted the carpets and there was mold. What ever you do DONT use this company. If I could it give them negative stars.

A stock up job. I was given a price of $378 dollars. They arrived at 11:30, told me that the rooms were very large, that they would have to count some rooms as two because you “could put a wall between” two areas. Told them i’d Pay the price quoted, they said it would take about two hours. I left, said i’d Be back by one thirty. They call me at 12:30, they’re done. I return, it seemed a pretty short time to clean the carpets in 6 rooms and I saw why. Not a good job at all. Then they argue with me over the price, they want $456.00 and say they won’t leave without it. I ended up having to pay $410 to get them to leave.

They failed to do what they said they were going to do. They told me that they could get the odor out of the rug from my dog. They didnt tell me that it was impossible to get out.They even left stains on the carpet. . I would never use them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. They lie and they charge you for services they cannot deliver. My landlord had to replace the carpet even though I paid for it to be cleaned. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
