Very good sweet a professional company to use. They are fast and very informative of what the issue is. I called at the last minute about 2:00 on a Friday, the receptionist was very sweet and stated she would get someone to reach out to me ASAP for my plumbing issue. Within 30 minutes I was called and was told they could be at my house within 20 minutes. They came and diagnosed the issue on hand and fixed my plumbing issue the same day! Thank you so much! I highly recommend! And they do not charge a arm and a leg!

I strongly recommend CMAC Plumbing! The company installed sewer at my residence a few weeks ago. They completed the service in a timely manner and, made me feel at home while I watched. That in itself made me feel that they knew what they were doing, and had nothing to hide. Although it was a business transaction, it seemed as if they truly enjoyed working for me. That crew was absolutely great and, if needed, I will be using them again!

I needed to find a plumber for my elderly and disabled sister living alone with a major leak in her home. I reside in another state and could not be there. I had to take the risk and pick someone from the internet as I had no referrals. Plumber Timothy, along with excellent office manager Sean, responded rapidly and efficiently to the problem. Timothy and Sean were kind, compassionate and sensitive in general as well as to the issues of the elderly. Timothy also provided a reasonable and fair charge for his services. For all future problems I now have a reliable go-to plumber. I am so grateful.

We have used CMAC 3 times since we bought our new house and each time they are amazing. Timothy is our normal guy and he’s so great. This last time we had them come out and install a new outdoor faucet not only did they do a wonderful job they were able to accommodate my schedule and he’s honestly just a really nice guy and it’s always a pleasure to have him around. They take the time to explain their work and pricing and are always very clean. I recommend CMAC to all of my friends because of their great pricing and professional and courteous service.

This is my second time using this company I LOVE THEM!!! Jason came out and did an OUTSTANDING job! Our hot water heater had been running and we didnt know why. Turns out we had a leak! And it was under the farthest side of the house. So he had to crawl to the farthest side of the house in puddles of water to located and fix our leak. He did it happily. He made sure everything was working in proper order before leaving us. I HIGHLY recommend them and will ALWAYS call them!!

Update:4/13/21 These are the only plumbers that I will use. Six months ago Jason came out and reset a toilet for me after having my subfloor replaced. I thought he did a great job, as usual. However, a few days a go I noticed a squishy sound around the base of my toilet and noticed some water seeping out. Needless to say I was a bit aggravated.I called to explain what was going on and again, Jason came out promptly. He removed the toilet and thoroughly inspected the situation. Come to find out it wasnt CMACs fault at all! The jackal that I hired to replace my floor didnt put wood underneath the flange. He quickly worked out a solution and Im back in business. Its hard to find a company these days with integrity. Ive been nothing but pleased with C Mac Plumbing. 👍This is the second time that Ive used C Mac Plumbing. Professional and friendly, and I dont have to second guess the work they do. Jason came out and fixed everything. This is the only plumbing company that I will use.

Jason Barrett was very professional and did great work installing a new toilet because the old one the tank broke. He was on time and left the bathroom cleaner than before work was done. Definitely would call CMAC Plumbing again.

Plenty of companies can do “good jobs.” This is a company you can leave in your home and not worry about things. This is a company that has high standards for who they hire. This is a company that is EXTREMELY neat and clean. Their equipment and vehicles are in top notch shape. How a contractor treats their equipment is a good sign on how they will treat your place of business or home. This is a company that can do COMPLEX jobs. That’s why CMAC works for most of the large industries in the area. I just met CMAC 3 months ago. With plumbing I have NO IDEA what things look like because it is either: hidden in the walls, under ground, or inside the line. I have the complete trust that when they leave my home, I don’t need to think about it anymore. But....just to make you feel better, they have cameras and the right equipment to show you their work. I could not be more impressed with this company and its staff and owner. A++++

Brent and Joe were extremely professional and courteous. They instinctively took their shoes off before entering my home. After discussing the issue, they not only explained what they had to do, but gave the price of their work. They installed a new faucet, cleaned up their work area and put everything back under my sink. Other then the new sink and no more leaking faucet, I couldnt tell they were there. They discussed the 30 day guarentee on their work. This was the first time I had to have a plumber come out, but I will definitely call them again in the future.

Update: So I got a different plumber to come and do the exact thing I wanted them to do. amazingly I paid, now get this, almost 800.00 less than the quote I got from C Mac. Now understand, I have nothing against this company. I base my purchases on reviews from other customers. everything in this review is 100% true. I just hope it helps someone else in the future. A garbage company. dont know about the work, but I do know the service sucked. so I needed a hot water heater replaced, set up a time for them to come and look at it. so they did, late in the afternoon, so I could understand why it had to be the next day to get it fixed, said he would call me in the morning, my wife works nights so I took a day off work the next day in order to facilitate their work and allow my wife rest. as they said he called shortly after 8 and said an emergency came up and he would be out in about 2 hours. so long story short, I waited patiently for him to call back or come out or something. finally I called them at 2. way later than 10 like I was promised. wasnt rude, just wanted to know what was going on. so he preceded to tell me that this emergency had all kinds of problems, but was about done and if he couldnt make it he would give me a call. now patience wearing thing because Im constantly burning through towels because my water heater is leaking badly. So I got no call back what so ever. so this morning the home warranty company calls C Mac and they say they just want us to pay full and be reimbursed. I can understand they may not take a warranty, but say that up front, and dont have someone take off a day of wok without any communication. be careful when using this company, I would not recommend this company.
