I have now had my windows, which were installed by Premier, for nearly 6 years and I could not be more pleased with them. The installation was done in one day and the crew were courteous and did what I consider an excellent job. After 6 years, the caulking and seal of the windows are totally fine. I would not hesitate to recommend their windows and installers to any homeowner or friend that is looking for good quality windows that dont cost $800 each ! I worked what I consider a very reasonable deal with Premier and they delivered exactly what they promised.

I do not know how I got logged into Google under the wrong name, so I am resubmitting my review under my own Google account.Messed up my siding during window installation and then did not adequately fix. New windows (6 months) actually have ice forming on the inside. Took 3 weeks to get a response to the siding issue, and so far no response to the ice issue. Find a better company.

2 years ago I had 16 windows replaced in my home. The work ws done cleanly and in a timely manner. 2 days and the house was done. Besides the energy efficiency, the windows cut out most of the street noise. The house has never been quieter. This was one of the best purchases I have made. Thank you

My biggest regret in life is using Premier Window & Building to replace my windows. The windows I thought I was buying was their top of the line, turns out after some tricky paperwork I got the premium frames but the low level panes. As if I would make that special request...Anyway, I signed the contract so was pretty much stuck. I inquired about legal action but bait/switch is very difficult to prove. I paid in full like a happy little consumer and went about my life.The reason Im just now writing a review after 3 years is because I just keep finding signs of poor quality materials and especially workmanship.The windows werent sized correctly. They had to use too much caulk. There are 1 wide beads everywhere.The larger windows are sagging from not being properly shimmed.The locks and catches do not line up.They are drafty.The air vents have fallen out from several of the windows.Theres so much more to the story but way too much to type. I just wanted to get something out there to hopefully contribute to this company getting as little work as possible. At this point I dont want any action taken on their part. I dont want them anywhere near my house again.Stay away is my best advice.

I had Premier install a Sliding Glass Door set where there was once a wall. The job was done in one day and you would never know that it was not built that way. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the screen door with it is crap....it barely locks and is flimsy as anything. Otherwise excellent!

I would stay as far away from these folks as possible. My windows are 6 years old and they are already leaking. I bought my house 3 years ago and all the upstairs windows were bowed so they had to replace the sashes on about 16 windows after only 3 years. Now they say I am out of warranty as the second owner. I had a contractor look at the installation and the window frames arent even caulked on about 2/3 of the windows they installed so I now have to have about 25 windows completely resealed. The upstairs windows are framed by shutters so you could not see the fact that they were not even caulked at all. The aluminum frames they use for these windows are complete junk.

Premier did a great job on our replacement windows and doors, including the large picture window. When we had some issues with the door they came out and fixed it, no problems.

We had a new storm door installed..Premier quoted a fair price--a quality door and great installation..I would highly recommend their work

I had horrible leaking windows until Premier installed new ones. Great product and wonderful company to work with.
