From booking to my actual appointment time she was so professional and calming. She is a wealth of knowledge and made sure that I was well informed about the services I was requesting. She was very friendly and reassuring during the whole process since this was my first time getting waxed. She was very patient and pleasant because my husband got waxed too. She talked us through each step and phase. She also kept us laughing to ease the stress of being a first time waxer.
