If you want to wander around the store with no assistance,if you want to be treated like youre interrupting the blank stare at the guys phone and if you want to dial and redial the phone number only to be hung up on,then this is the place for you. The only redeeming factor about this place is the two guys that work the midday shift. Lord help you if you need to speak to someone on the phone 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.If there was another full service store in my area thats where I would spend my money 💰.

Just rented and returned an auto transport trailer. I have used other locations in the area before but this is the first time using this one. I have to say I was very impressed with check in and Check out procedure, the hours of operation, size of the lot and the condition of the equipment they provide.i will be making this my go to U-Haul location for future rentals.Thank You!!!

I waited for an hour before I was even acknowledged. This hour cost me time in my rental and messed up my moving plans. I returned the vehicle clean and was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. I will be disputing the charge. The fuel indicator was above the 1/2 tank mark I was charged at a 1/2 tank level. For 15 gallons when I drove under 30. Total rip off. I was also told I would get a military discount which is why I chose that location on top of convenience, no such discount.

Great check-in when picking up the rental truck. The process was contactless and totally online which was wonderful.

I used this U-Haul company for the first time in pikesville Maryland The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. I would recommend this U-Haul facility

Went to buy boxes - the entire Uhaul system was down while I was there so it took a while to check out, but the woman working was very friendly with all of the customers coming in despite having to try to do manual transactions for everyone. Cool location/building too

The two guys working were really really good but U-Haul in general sucks

Warning! This is a terrible Uhaul location! We have had to rent trucks multiple times for moving and this location is by far the worst around. The first time, they gave away our truck even though we had a reservation. They did not care at all and didnt have any other trucks to give us. We had to leave and find another location. The second time we rented a van from here, we had filled up the gas and they charged us for fuel anyway! Do yourself a favor and just go to the Battery Warehouse location. We used them quite a few time with absolutely no issues.

10 February 2021 I went into this UHAUL needing TV box kits, there were 3 at the door but 2 of them were damaged. I asked the for another box. She was very rude, then she began yelling, cursing because I didnt want her to help me poor customer service, she said that she was the manager and I can get out of the store it was another gentleman working there she said no one was going to help me and for me to get out of her curse word store.Im the 4th customer that has complained about the short white female in the store that is manager there.

I was assisted by Amanda, she was GREAT! She was helpful and also payed close attention to detail and was super nice!!!!

I was going to give you a 5 star based on yesterday when I picked up the truck for rental. However, todays experience was terrible. I was returning one unused item using a digital receipt but the lady had a terrible attitude. She was not showing willingness to help. When I asked her why she was being a little difficult for a simple thing, she asked me to leave the store. When I asked her what her name was, she refused to answer and threatened to call the police. A simple thing was blown out of proportion I think because am Black. Very terrible 😥😥😥

Very good customer service

I am having a terrible time with your company. I had a reservation set and it was changed when I asked for the Ubox to be delivered. I was then called the next day and asked to pay $201 without an explanation. I finally paid it and they told me my reservations were set back to the original date. However my container was supposed to be picked up 10/30 and the person on the phone confirmed that with me twice. However it has not been picked up and won’t be picked up until tuesday 11/3. I need my things before that. I have been calling all morning and no answer. I called the office 6 times with no answer or VM. I called your hotline and I’m on hold for over 30 mins and still waiting. I sent you all an email with my complaint. All I want to do is give you my money and you all provide a service. But this has not been as simple a process as promised. Can someone please reach out to me to get this resolved. I am so frustrated right now.

I get van rental from this location and on their rental policy it says 0.89 cent per mile but after you got the truck when you start to drive it on every half mile will be counted as a mile on the car odometer. The odometer is setup by them to charge the customer extra money on every mile, it really sad, if you drive 10 miles it will be calculated as 20 miles.

I given the rate of $98.00 and when I picked up the truck I was charged 147.00. I ordered a 26 foot truck and I given a 20 foot truck. Was also told that I could drop the truck off near my house and that wasn’t true. Had to drive and Extra 15 miles

I have tried to talk to someone about renting a truck for Monday and the automated voice kept hanging up on me.
