Second time using Keep it Pristine and I can say both times,,very professional and did a great job

Mike has worked with us on several projects over the years-tweaking each one until he gets it perfect. He and the crew worked around our schedule, and very efficiently, to complete a large 2 day project. The results were great! Our original windows from the early 90s look brand new after a thorough cleaning by Austin and Jerome. They were on time, explained the process, and got right to work.

Michael and his team (particularly Austin) have gone above and beyond this year to assist our school district in coating our school buses with their antimicrobial coating to help protect our students and staff from COVID. Some of our buses werent available when they came to do them this last time and Michael made sure to schedule another date to get all of them. Then, Austin went the extra mile to get one of our minis sprayed that wasnt at the correct lot. Well done gentlemen! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My husband called Mike Childress at Pristine, Inc regarding power washing our end-unit townhouse. Mike was extremely responsive to our inquiries and timely in coming out to the house to complete the job. Mike is personable and professional, and was very attentive to his work. We have two children, ages 6 and 3, who are curious and interested in how things work. Mike took the time to show them what he was doing, explain it to them so they understand and let them “assist” him in a safe manner. We had the best customer experience possible and can not recommend Mike and the team at Pristine, Inc enough!

The Pristine crew did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my house. I had really let it get very dirty and neglected. After their cleaning my house looked great. It was so clean I almost didn’t recognize it. They also power washed my deck and made that look much better too. Pristine is an easy company to work with. From getting a quote, scheduling the service or paying the bill, everything went smoothly.

The cleaning crew came on time, and the house, deck, and railing look great! It was very professionally done, and I will absolutely have them back when the house needs cleaned again.Additionally, the sales team was quick to respond and was able to easily shift the scheduled date based on unexpected weather.

The 3 gentlemen that provided the service were experienced in cleaning all my windows. Any concerns or questions I had were answered with confidence and backed up with logical explanations. They were neat and very efficient, trustworthy and very nice. i had time to look things over and if the slightest smudge on a window was missed, they rewashed the window. Oh and yes, I would definitely use Pristine again as I have used them in the past.

They were awesome . Arrived on time, did an exceptional job, and came back promptly to clean a window that they had missed . We will use them again in the Spring . Very Satisfied !

Austin’s did a super job and was sooo professional! Was going to reschedule My appointment to have windows and my outdoor slate patio cleaned at another date as it was raining here today ! I was assured that they clean windows in the rain all the time and assured me that they would redo everything if it wasn’t up to snuff ... they did a great job and don’t anticipate that a repeat visit will be necessary.. My house looks amazing! From the start, Pristine was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Our house has a decorative balcony on the front which can be difficult to clean, when they didnt have the proper tools the original day of the cleaning they came back the next day and got it! They are truly wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their home/deck powerwashed!
