I literally just went inside to have two keys made. They assisted me immediately and I was in and out of the store. The keys work perfectly.
I went into Lowes with the goal to buy a drill, for my independent contracting work, not really knowing much about tools or equipment. I was met by Mitchell who was the ABSOLUTE MOST PERFECT staff member I could have met!! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable; he took his time explaining all the ins and outs surrounding drills as well as other tools. He helped me realize that I didnt need to spend as much money as I initially was planning on to buy a drill. I left with a huge smile and could not have been more grateful for him! We got what we were looking for except we spent 20 minutes looking throughout the lighting department for some clearance lights. We found them but got to checkout and they we recalled. That didnt feel good. We left after we got the bolts we needed. BTW, home depot doesnt carry these. Ill add a photo later
I went here looking for a product that, according to their website, they had in stock (6 to be specific). After looking for about 15 minutes, I didnt have any luck. I finally tracked down a red vest person who couldnt find it either. He even got up on that really tall ladder and searched exhaustively. No luck. Ill try to find it elsewhere but I wish theyd update the website to prevent another customer from wasting time, energy, and gas on a fruitless trip...
I attempted to pick up an online order using curbside pickup. I called the store and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. Assuming I had been forgotten about, I hung up and called back. I was immediately placed on hold again. Tired of waiting, I went into the store and up to the service desk. I asked for help with picking up an online order. There was one customer being helped and several employees available. The entire time I continued to be on hold. Why offer curbside pickup if it isnt actually available and nobody picks up the phone?

They refused to honor their price match guarantee. We went to Home Depot instead for something that was 100 dollars cheaper.The store at Texas Station (Timonium, Maryland) was willing to honor the competitions pricing but unfortunately they did not have the item in stock.Not consistent in their policy.Its a shame because we do like shopping at Lowes.Disappointing visit.

Customer service is not helpful at all. No one has any knowledge of any kind of home improvement product or project. My husband and I talked to 4 different people before they could help us schedule an appointment to have our windows measured for blinds. The staff couldnt even figure out how to enter our information into the computer. We ended up having the windows measured by the install company. It took ONE month for us to call back to schedule time to come into the store and pick out the blinds for install (which we were paying for). We had serious personal matters going on that prevented us coming in any sooner. When we called to see if someone was available in the blind department to help us, the staff member gave us attitude for not calling back sooner. She then proceeded to tell us that our information had been filed away (again, after ONE month since the measure). She said she would have to go locate our information and call us back. Its been two weeks and no call back. The staff do not care about the customers or providing any kind of quality customer service.

Folks need to be trained where things are in the store. Asked three young kids where something was and each of the told me three different places...asked the old guy and bingo...go to aisle 16 half way down...

This is a really good hardware and home goods store that has an excellent selection of products and reasonable or good prices on everything. They have a much better selection than the home depot in Owings mills and have employees that actually ask if you need help and are very nice and respectful. The spots where items are supposed to be are usually always stocked, unlike the home depot down the street, which is always out of something you are looking for. I definitely recommend this Lowes if you need to get something done around the house!

You can always count on Lowes to have the stuff you need in stock, especially when Home Depot does not. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. And there are usually more cashiers open than at the other place.
Curbside pickup was great and fast. I would like it if you got the lowest price when you didn’t go in. I’ve found that the online price may be lower in the store so you could save a few bucks going in.

I love going to this Lowes!!! The employees are nice and friendly. They greet you when they see you and ask how they can help you. If you ask someone for help they stop and actually help you, not just point you in a direction and best of luck.We went today and needed help. We asked an employee for help and she obviously had a bunch of paperwork to do. So, if she had just pointed us in the direction I would have completely understood. She left what she was doing and helped us. She asked if there was anything we needed we asked for another product. We expected her to point us in the direction but she went with us and made sure we found exactly what we needed. She was very sweet to my children, too.It was a wonderful experience and this wasnt an isolated incident. It is this way every time we go. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. We have an enjoyable shopping experience every time we go.

Roderick was super helpful. We needed a blow torch and they were scattered throughout the store. He showed us where they were in each aisle. He even explained to us the differences between the torches and asked questions about our DIY project. I knew he was going to be helpful because before I asked him any questions, I saw three or four customers ask him about others products and he politely told them each exactly where they could find it. He was walking, moving and basically directly customer traffic throughout the store. Lately, it has been hard to find a helpful customer service rep at home depot so went to Lowes hoping to get better assistance. Roderick definitely met and exceeded our expectations!

Purchased a bunch of stuff. The soil was molded upon opening. Two items were never placed in my car. The manager was huffy tuffy creme puffy but I wasnt backing down. After realizing I was going nowhere until he dealt with my issues in a Lowden manner, he gave me a refund for the two bags of damaged soil and they found the two items that had never been placed in the car right off to the side, but theyd been damaged. I accepted them in that condition, Id already paid for them. This name manager gave me another new one (tomato cages) to add to the two broken ones I was accepting. They had no others and I needed them. Alls well that ends well.
This is my place of choice for house plants and gardening products. The plants are so beautiful and healthy looking.bTake a trip to Owings Mills and check them out.
I avoid going to Loews, yet every now and again, hoping for improvement I go back to give them another chance. Havent improved, 1 person actually working and so many others standing around, looking lost and with the spirit of just hoping that you wont ask them for NOTHING! Anyhow, back to Home Depot I go.

I dont know if they were short staffed or just unegaged, but It took 45 minutes to pick up an internet order that had arrived the day before. I only received attention after I found a manager on the floor and she personally took responsibility to have the order brought from the back of the store. Very disappointing!
I have to take a moment to share a great experience Ive had with this location. Yesterday I had measurements for a door and I had it pulled up on the website showing there were only a couple left I looked on my own and was unable to locate it so I was able to snag someone to help me, his name was Ron. He was super helpful in not only making sure to look behind everything to find the door but then was able to strategically place it in my vehicle for me. Ive never had to put the back seat forward and the front seat backwards to get something so long into my car but he figured it out in a matter of minutes and was happy to help the entire time. I got home and realized that I had gotten the wrong size. It was my fault I read the information wrong so I returned the next day to swap them out. As I am walking to the store heading to the doors, the same gentleman that helped me yesterday noticed me and ask me what brought me back in today. I explained to him that I had gotten the wrong size. Without any hesitation he walk with me to the doors to help me locate the correct one. Again there were only two remaining in stock so it was a matter of hunting behind several things to locate it but he was happy to do it. Both days the women who worked the cash registers were super helpful. The first day I asked her to write Rons name on the receipt so that I could remember it when I went to do the survey and she said that she would be glad to do it with high energy. Today I asked since he was escorting me out if I can have him swap the doors outside but paid for the exchange inside beforehand she said absolutely no problem and accomplished my request with speed And positivity. And Ron once again was able to get the door placed inside of my vehicle for me. These might sound like simple things but all too often I have found myself roaming through different types of stores looking for someone to help me. Since I had somebody be so gracious with their time and make me feel like my need was their priority and walk me all the way through once I mentioned my concern about it fitting in my vehicle the first night, was just above and beyond for me and again the attitude of both of the cashiers were so positive. I dont know that I would have that much energy at 8 at night at the end of what was probably a long shift to do the same. So if you find yourself needing to head to the Home Improvement store, head to the Lowes in Owings Mills and you will be sure to have a great experience.

I bought a deep freezer over the summer (July 20) and it recently stopped working. I contacted the store to ask for a receipt (since I can not find mine), and I spoke with a young lady named Jayla. She was polite and pleasant to talk to. I asked her if she could print a receipt for me and she did without a problem.I asked if she could email it to me so I could save travel to and from the store. She sent the receipt within minutes and stayed on the phone with me to confirm that it came through to my email. This store has always gone above and beyond with customer service, and this is just another example!
Awful store to shop at, customer service is terrible. Came in to exchange a Craftsman ratchet under the lifetime warranty policy, got charged to upgrade because they were out of stock on the item. Who does that?

Use to buy from Home Depot then I started purchasing from Lowe’s because of the better quality, customer service, and inventory. Until now... Received the Metabo C10RJS table saw ($569) as a gift (brand new and unopened). Wanted to exchange it for the Delta 36-725T2 table saw ($599) but didn’t have the receipt. Took it to Lowe’s to do an exchange and I would pay the difference. The return associate would not take my return and stated I needed a receipt or proof of purchase. I explained that it was a gift and I just wanted stored credit so I could upgrade to the Delta and I would pay the difference. She still refused and then stated for power tools you need a receipt and only have 30 days to return. Lowe’s return policy say no receipt you get a store credit. I don’t want to be rude and tell the person I don’t want your gift I want the better one. Guess I’ll just keep this saw and go back to no hassle Home Depot.
Huge disappointment for how new this location isCant have rude service if no one pays attention to you. Relatively empty store on a Saturday, yet no customer service people available. I was excited for this opening so I would have to drive 20min away for good service, however the service here is almost as bad as the Home Depot a few miles away.For a store that opened less than 6 months ago, you would think they would try to prove that they are better than their competitor.

I was so happy that I was able to order what I needed online and pick it up from the store by just parking in the curbside pick up parking spot. Someone came to me immediately & brought me my purchase. It was easy and took less than 10 minutes of time time. Most importantly, I got what I needed, at the best price available :)
I always will give Lowes high marks....im usually satisfied with the in store experience. However at times they dont have what i need and i have to go to the competitor. But thats how its supposed to be. This store gets fives
Went to store number 3388 for my doors measurement four weeks ago the gentleman told some will be at my home in 2 days till today nobody showed up. Paid $35 for the measurement.Every time I call the store I have to be on hold for 30-40 minutes just to have same answer wait 2-3 days someone will call you. Seems like nobody even distract manager care to resolve the problem.I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating. Thinking to go back to Home Depot at least they full promise

Bought a lawn trimmer here and didnt realize until I got home that this was a USED trimmer. Still had grass stuck to it. The string was torn up at the edges. The plastic housing was scuffed up like someone had used a wrench on it. No sign or label indicating that this was a USED item, and still paid full price for someone elses damaged item.This store is also so hard to find things at. They have signs saying nozzles and sprinklers in this aisle, and there are none. Have to hunt someone down to find they moved all the nozzles outside but not the signs.If you do manage to find an employee they are generally helpful. But good luck because they are always already busy since you cant find anything in this store without a tour guide.
Just wanted to share my experience at the Owings Mills location today. Shanice was amazing and so pleasant to be around. She was so patient and joyful to talk to. She was a great help and showed great customer service. I usually forget to do surveys once leaving stores but she shouldn’t go unnoticed. That young lady deserves a raise, or some sort of recognition to show appreciation. Way to go!

I want to like this store more than he home Depot because it closer to my home but they make it hard. I come here for propane but its always a struggle. Meaning Ill wait out there like they tell me to, and no one comes. Then I go get someone, they dont even know what Im talking about like no one told them. Next they need to find the keys another 5 mins. Its one hiccup after another. Not a streamlined system. Oh, and one employee did even know they had propane. Will definitely be going somewhere else for propane needs.

Ordered kitchen appliances in store and spend $4000 and they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Waited 2 weeks but no response from the store . I called them and ask for my order and they said oh you need to wait for 5 more days and then after that they said oh again you need to wait for 2 more weeks. Is it a joke? Such a worse customer service and they dont even fulfill their promise. Better to go somewhere else next time. Cant trust this store anymore. Such a Shame. They never deliver anything on time and then they start making excuses.

Terrible customer service! While some workers attempt to greet you properly, others have no idea of customer service! This happens on every visit. I went to returns and stood there while the worker talked on the phone. She got up and came to the counter as the phone rang again. She picked it up and spoke for minutes but never acknowledged my presence. I walked away! Teach young workers customer service, please!!

Lowe’s has proven to be the worst Customer Service Experience. In a practical world, they lack ownership of their subcontractors performance.
Sometimes its difficult to get assistance from an associate, but once you do engage with an associate, the experience is usually positive.
Lowes software program is not employee user friendly. 1 of my items did not have a barcode on it. It required talking to 4 different employs and wasted about 25 minutes of my time in order to get rung up and checked out of store.
Grabbed some panels for my kitchen. Shelf listed as $6.98 so I grabbed 5. When I got to the register, they scanned at $20. Needless to say, I didnt get them. Wasted a trip.
