Let me tell you. It was was the experience for me honey. I was looking for a reliable clean storage unit and with the help of Rudy I got just what I was looking. The manager Julian was also amazing creating such a great atmosphere which was great because some other storage units had such bad attitudes and negative energy and honestly i dont need that in my life. Rudy was very understanding and easy to talk to, which was helpful since I know nothing about storage units. I will definitely be exclusively using this storage place and I do recommend going here. I have been using Self Storage Plus to store furniture and miscellaneous items for years. The pricing is affordable. It is always well maintained and secured. Julian the MGR is awesome!! He is always willing to help and extremely understanding. The other staff members is always courteous and polite as well. This is a great facility!!

Self Storage Plus has been an absolute Gem, I used them between moves its temperature controlled, clean, and well lit.The hours of availability for access to the units are 6am-10 pm. Harriet in the office is very professional and helpful.

This storage facility is fantastic! The temperature is most definitely controlled inside as you can feel it walking in the door. The doors are all secured and automatically close when theyre supposed to, which is awesome. There always seems to be renters coming and going, which is great for security too. This place is great!!

The entire team is awesome. They go above and beyond the call of duty. The Fedex and UPS guys are supposed to put our packages in our unit, but they dont. These guys were putting our packages in the unit. They are not required to do that. I even offer one of them lunch, but they turned me down. They are all very professional. They always keep us informed of new deliveries as well. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The place always stay clean and very well lit. I really enjoy working with the staff. The billing is easy and keeps us well informed of any changes. I enjoy renting from them.

I’ve rented a storage unit from these folks for over 3 years. Last year 2019 December my unit which was inside/temp controlled was burglarized. Right before Christmas. No one from this location called me in response to the message I left notifying them of this incident. I had to call them again even after I left a message. What gets to me the most is the manager never called me to apologize for the inconvenience. Or give me a months worth of credit. Or even get details, or just to see how everything was, no follow up, no Nothing 0. Honestly I don’t think they cared. Well least to say that’s how they made it seem. I lost several items to theft . My Samsung tv, apple items iPads etc. the insurance they provide only covered up to $1,900 and even with that I still didn’t receive the full value of my items. Or the full $1,900 in loss. I was paying about $215 monthly for my unit.

I have been at this facility and I’m assuming that other customers have been feeling the same way about their units steadily increasing in short periods of time. My unit has increased 4 times since my 2 years renting 4 TIMES. Thats crazy and they stated because of new management. Also, the particular unit I’m renting should have been rented to me a higher price according to manager. Even though I rented on special. Please stay away from this company. I feel like I’m renting an apartment instead of storage. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Prices I started 197.00 to 210.00 to 230.00 now that want 265.00 come on PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

Great service and clean unit. No complaints at all. I recommend they provide renters 24 hour access to their units. This is the only thing the I wasnt pleased with. If I need a storage unit in the future, I will definitely return to this company.

I have used various storage facilities in the past and this one is by far the cleanest, no rodent problems at all, and the staff is nice. You are sent a reminder bill before it’s due which also acts as a receipt for the month and if you have any concerns, it’s handled that day. Only wish the closing hours were longer, 24 hours maybe. The price is right as well.

The staff at the Owings mills facility was always very nice, but when our property was destroyed from a leak within the building they didnt do anything but move our possessions. Be wary of the fine print when dealing with this place, they take your auto payment and process late fees if you are late. If you need human compassion for the loss of family valuables you are at the wrong place. All in all I would not give them my business again, I learned the hard way that these places dont care about people just their bottom line. STAY AWAY!.

This was the only place in the area that could provide the space it needed and they were reasonably priced!

On the plus side: the roof didnt leak and I never encountered rodents in the hallways. On the negative side: management is poor to indifferent by allowing misconduct and violations by other tenants and users.Three times I was locked out of the system. Once, because management thought I had moved out (I hadnt), twice because of automated bill payment issues that failed. Thats understandable, if only it were possible to find the office open to pay directly (it is repeatedly and annoyingly closed during the day or earlier than posted).Tenants are allowed to leave cars/trucks parked in the middle of the roadway, or blocking the entrances, without penalty. Other tenants regularly abscond with dollies or handtrucks, and nobody seems to care. Motion detectors are supposed to activate hallway lighting- except when they dont, leaving the storage unit dark when trying to organize or move items.

10/10 service, A+ staff (Julian and Mrs H ) very clean and friendly.
