The guy is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to window tint. Even though it took a while to tint all my windows....it was worth it! It looks great. There were lot of curves and angles to be cut and I knew that it would take some time. But he did a great job on the installation and choice of tint degree works great on this car. Would highly recommend....

Despite all the bad online reviews, i got my windows tinted here because troy nall is a family friend, and they also gave me the cheapest quote i could find(along with tint removal). I now regret my decision and wish i had taken it to Custom Audio. The actual tint job is great(5% on sides, 15% on back glass), although i question the darkness of the tint only because the same 5% tint is on my car, as you can see, and it seems alot darker(not done by same shop). Also, the other guy, hollywood i assume, wasnt horribly rude but definatly wasnt very friendly. I had installed an led strip below back glass as pictured, and they had to rip it off due to a sealing issue. Also there is a crack in the material on the console, but it wasnt near as big as when i brought it in(pictured). Of course theres another review also taking about vehicle damage after service as well... They do offer a warrenty as long as you keep your reciept, but is that really enough to make up for bad service and vehicle damage?

Went there to get subs installed and was told it would be $750 because my alternator was not powerful enough and I needed a $150 adapter from factory speaker to subs. Took my car to Best Buy and they told me the alternator was in fact more than powerful enough and the said adapter that I needed was actually 15 bucks. If you need subs or stereos installed save your money and go to Best Buy. Don’t get ripped off like I almost did.

Every car I’ve owned has been tinted by Hollywood and even 10 years later it looks brand new! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, by far the most skilled and professional tinter in the area. High quality tint!

Took car back a few times because of bubbles in tiny. They said it was my cars fault. Really?! They suggested using black spray paint on back glass then putting tint down and I said Hell No. Wont ever go back there again.

Troy was so super helpful, showed me all the right buttons to push to get all my audio/video features working, set up and synced phones. Spent over an hour showing me how to work my system free of charge, now thats good business!

BEWARE!!! HOLLYWOOD DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS WORK!!!If I could give zero stars to this business, I would. Four years ago, we had the windows tinted on my husbands car at Hollywood and paid A LOT of money to have it done professionally. This weekend, we noticed the rear window was bubbling up. When we called Hollywood today, we were told that they dont keep any records of the cars they tint and, unless we had a receipt, they would not stand behind their work.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I had the front windows tinted to match the rest on my 4Runner. Perfect job and I greatly appreciated the green stickers over the up/down buttons (they saved me several times from ruining the tint. I also had them install a dashcam. The gentleman at the front was incredibly helpful and I ended up getting a Waylans 360 instead of the Thinkware F80 Pro and Im so glad that I did. Everyone in town says that this business is the best, I can now agree! Thank you so much!!

I have known Jeff and Troy for years and they had previously done some work that I was happy with so I decided to let them do a full Audio System in my 01 Trans Am. I specifically told Troy to be extra cautious with the vehicle due to its age. When I picked the vehicle up at night, I took it to my uncles garage with adequate lighting to examine the car. I found 2 cracked door panels, a rear panel not snapped back in with a gap, and wire shaving/clippings in the trunk by the amp. I called Troy the following morning to express my frustration. He assured me that he would take care of it and everything would be ok once he spoke with Jeff. I dropped the car back off at his shop for him to fix it. I get a call back saying well it was already like this and there was nothin they could do. Funny thing is I just recently purchased the car a few weeks before and had throughly detailed almost ever inch of the car 5 times and never once noticed the huge crack in the drivers door right by the window in plain view or the other issues that they supposedly didn’t cause. Now I’m having an electrical nightmare of my headlights flipping up and down every time I unlock or lock the car that was not happening before their install. I asked them to refund half of the $2,000 I spent with them and that even wasn’t for the speakers or the box. They failed to do that too. I normally don’t voice my mind about things but this has ended up costing me another $750 out of pocket not counting the electrical issue. Horrible customer service and straight lied to me when he said he would take care of it and flipped his script a day later. DO NOT take your vehicle here. The Sound Factory in Louisville is the best place I’ve found in this area.

Got a screen installed in my car. Has a white line that flashes on and off. I dont know how they missed it. Maybe they are playing their customers as fools? Going to go speak to them and see if they can replace it. If so, then Ill change the rating.

I rarely write reviews, but this shop needs to be exposed for the poor service I received. I chose this shop initially, despite the extra cost ($240 as compared to $150 for other shops I got quotes from), because of the brand of tint they use that I was familiar with in my past. The tint is a high quality product, however the owners work is not. At first glance the owner seems like a nice enough guy, but dont let that fool you.I dropped my vehicle off around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and finally got a call around 2-3 that it was finished up. I was ecstatic and quickly drove to the shop to pick up my newly tinted ride. When I arrived I paid and left out the front door of the shop. I sat down in my car and immediately noticed scratches all over the tint in various spots. It was obvious to me that the tool he was using to push out liquid and bubbles had sharp edges and was scratching various spots as he squeegeed it out. I realize no one is perfect and every once in awhile mistakes are made so I quickly ran back inside to show the owner. I was shocked to hear his response of Oh those will go away, give it a few weeks and come back if they dont. I knew this was a ridiculous excuse to get me to leave, but I was stuck so I drove away dissatisfied.A couple weeks had passed and the scratches remained. I called him up expecting to be treated like a customer with issues should, when he reluctantly set an appointment for me to come back and have it looked at. A few days before the appointment I received a text message from a random number telling me it was Jeff the owner, and that he would need to reschedule the appointment due to Valentines weekend plans with his girlfriend. I understood and happily set up a new date a few weeks out. A day before the rescheduled date I texted Jeff just to make sure he was still planning on me coming by the next day. To my surprise he sent me the following text, Ben I had not heard from you to confirm your appointment since we originally set the date so I scheduled another vehicle over you......What?!?! So reluctantly I set another new date and made sure numerous times to confirm with this guy that he wasnt going to change things again on me.Jeff was short and rude with me in most of my conversations via text but I had hopes that he would take care of me when I came back in. Finally the day came to have the car looked at. I drove from Evansville to the shop with a friend and arrived on time at 9:30 AM. As soon as I arrived the owner came out of the shop and asked me to show him the scratches. I gladly opened the door and pointed out where some clearly visible lines were grooved into the tint. Jeff pretended he couldnt see the scratches at first and then proceeded to tell me, You know if I redo this window and it ends up getting scratched from something on the controller arm of the window that I will have to charge you. Again... WHAT!? He then told me I have never had someone come back to show me little scratches like this. almost telling me his customers must have either really low expectations, or are complete morons for paying this man $100 more than most tint shops in the area for a crappy install job.I was clearly frustrated at this point and told him I was upset that he wasted my time over the past few months setting dates and having me drive in all to tell me he didnt have any interest in fixing things. After saying that he made an offer. It was the ONLY positive experience (and only reason he got 2 stars instead of 1) in all of this when he told me he could rip off the tint and give me a refund. I was THRILLED to be offered this so I could get my money and run far away from this troubled business owner.A few hours later I returned to pick up my car, got my refund, and left. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone and caution you to save your money and go elsewhere.
