I bought a grasshopper mower from them in March and the first time I used it the blade fell off damaging my deck. The next issue was the motor blew up and they decided to rebuild the motor instead of putting a new motor on it. Got the mower back after the rebuild and it wasn’t running right so they came and got it and replaced carburetor. The fourth time it went in the shop it had another fuel issue. This time I requested them to have the grasshopper rep call me multiple times I’ve still haven’t got the call and they had the nerve to offer to buy it back at 3000 less than I gave for it. My 13000 dollar mower been in the shop more than it’s been at my house. Not sure how to message you my contact number but you can contact Brian in sales or Heath in service they both have my number.
