They sent email reminder and day before visit confirmation.The crew showed up on correct day and got the job done quickly including installing pool cover.I was looking for someone closer to my side of town. Cavanaugh was a breeze to work with! Due to slow production and difficulty with shipping companies (both of which, are not Cavanaugh’s fault), it took several months to get our hot tub... but Cavanaugh was easy to communicate with, kept us in the loop throughout the process and the delivery/set up was a dream! So happy with our hot tub and would definitely recommend working with them!

We had our Carvin pool installed the first week of June 2021 and had a great experience! Installation was fast and professional. One of the rail caps got cracked and we developed a small pump leak. They came back out and fixed both issues. They are very helpful when advising about your pool chemicals and what you need, also. They have been swamped since Covid and I did have to call them back to remind them no one had gotten back with us about these issues. Once I did they had someone out in 2 days! They stand behind their product and provide excellent customer service! We are loving our pool ❤️ I highly recommend Cavanaugh Pool and Spa!

These guys are great! Over a 2 day period both David and Ethan answered all of our questions and even returned a couple of calls very promptly. Eventhough they had customers waiting they took the time to give us a great demo of our pool cleaner and carry it out to our vehicle. I would give you a 6th star for customer service if I could. Thanks for your guidance through the whole experience.

Made a purchase of a pump which was a mistake. Worker made sure to let me know he needed to leave early and it was after 4 when I got there. I asked if he was able to help explain how to set it up and was told to call back tomorrow since he was in a hurry to leave. Needless to say my pump is still not working because I had to buy adapters, Will not ever go back. Oh and one more thing I did speak with this person the next day and he said he doesnt know alot about the pumps, even though they sell them for 340 bucks. Dont sell stuff if you cant answer questions

I have had a horrible experience. I had a semi in-ground pool put in last August. They left mounds of concrete in my yard!!! I’ve explained to them I’m not familiar with operating a pool. They work on the pool without me knowing they are here. I’ve had to contact another pool company to teach me how to treat the water and operate the pump.

He is VERY good at his job, we are very thankful for him! We are first time pool owners, and really impressed by the quality of our pool, and the Cavanaugh staff. Very helpful and service is spot on. They provide what you need without pushing unnecessary items. Water testing is efficient and accurate. Definitely the best place for pool needs in the owensboro area.

I wasn’t here when they changed the sand in my filter, but I can tell that they did a great job. Pool water is crystal clear. Excellent customer service. Kind and courteous.
