I have bought and sold several homes using Devin Taylor. He went above and beyond my expectations. He is hands down the best agent I’ve ever used.

Worked with a realtor, Kim Roberts...she was demanding. She called me and very unprofessional told me if I changed realtors she would not get a commission. I explained to her that she refuses to come to the location because she said it was too far out from her location And also that she has not been marketing the Home! No lookers so far. I told her I would consider dropping her once my time was up. SHE shouted at me very unprofessional! Something is definitely wrong with her mentally if she dont get a house sell!

This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with on trying to buy a piece of property. My wife and I have spent the last week trying to get ahold of an agent to look at property listed by this agency in Morgantown to no prevail. We finally contact another company and agent to try to help us buy the property. Our agent spent all day on the phone calling and getting the run around, then was finally told the property was no longer priced as listed and had nearly doubled in price and instead of 10 acres of land there was only 7. This agency must be making an absolute killing in the current market because they sure dont want to deal with people buying small acreage properties.

Friendly, beautiful building, felt welcome and was offered food and drink as I waited to see my realtor!
