After moving to Owensboro, I contacted Kerrick Piano Co to tune my piano. When the technician they sent was finished, he said to me, Everything was flat, but you already knew that. Once he was gone, I sat down to play, and it sounded far worse than it had before hed serviced it. I used a tuning app on my phone to check it out, and every single note is now sharp. I suspect he relied on his ear as he worked.
