Good place to stay. Clean and comfortable room. Accommodating staff... Except the woman who runs the breakfast shift at their in house eatery. She was a no-show for her shift so a lot of guests went next door to IHop. Sorry Marriott, you need to replace that person. You lost a bit of money that morning.

The front desk clerks were friendly. The server at the restaurant was especially accommodating. Generally the room was clean but the shower door leaked badly; however, there was a note stating it dripped onto the floor. Oh and no coffee cups in the room for coffee. The location was easily accessible and very quiet.

Pretty disappointed. Nice hotel but...their hot tub is broken and it is one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this place for 3 days. The 1st day they did not have much of a breakfast option. The other 2 days they had a better breakfast. Plus they wanted $170 for a Riverview which is totally outrageous. I can get a hotel on the beach for that kind of money.

Really beautiful hotel with great amenities. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Owensboro. Room was clean. Easy to get to from highway 60. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.The only negatives were the soccer teams staying in the hotel at the same time were very noisy and up all hours of the night. And that because of COVID, the cleaning crew didnt come clean our room during our stay, I think thats a little overkill... But other than that, it was excellent.

Had a meeting here. Its very nice inside and feel like I could recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in owensboro. Definitely one of the nicest hotels around here. I dont know the going rates but the lobby is super nice.

Best thing is the beds, comfortable as hell!They put so much chemicals in the pool and hot tub that’ll burn the hell out of your eyes!There’s very rarely anyone at the front desk.I recommend this place but damn, ease up on the chemicals.

This place is simply lovely! My husband and I did a quick one night stop over at the Courtyard by Marriott in Owensboro Kentucky. The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions. The room was wonderful with everything you could hope for. We are actually considering a return trip just for a couples night. There is a wonderful restaurant in walking distance, or a short drive, with excellent food! The bed was large, comfortable and clean! We loved it! We will return for any stop over we have in Owensboro!

We were quests of Marriott for a short getaway during New Years Eve. From check in to check out everyone was so gracious and accommodating. Our room was sparkling clean and even New Years Eve we slept like babies. Cant wait to return for another getaway.

I did not expect this hotel to be as nice as it was! The decor and cleanliness was amazing. We were invited out of our rooms to explore and hang out in the various seating arrangements simply by its design. Mobile check in and check out was a great addition and created an ease of use to get into the hotel. We will definitely stay again!

We found this hotel to be very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. We were in room 408. It was quiet with no hallway or traffic noise. There are several restaurants within walking distance, we ate at Cheddars and found good food and reasonable prices. The staff at the were pleasant, friendly and each greeted us with a smile and polite conversation. We will stay here again when we return next year.

When I entered the hotel the receptionist was sitting on the couch with the maintenance guy, I had to greet them first then took 20 mins to check in when i already booked my room on line . Room smelled musty but over all the room was decent. Has one of the nicest bathrooms I have seen in some of the hotels in the area. This hotel is way overpriced for what you can choose from in the area. You are simply paying for the name. When I can go down street to winnfield and get a suite that is 100% better than the room I was in for the same price. Will not stay there again. Unless it’s a good deal.

Wow! what a pleasant surprise. I was greeted with an envelope with my name to begin as a marriott member to start adding points. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable for my family. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and i was pleasantly surprised to find a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. It was amazing to sleep so well and to have amazing accommodations such as the Paul Mitchel bath products as well as Starbucks in the morning. We will be returning to this location!

We put the do not clean sign on our room, but we had to call 3x to get towels over almost a 4 hour period. The first time they said there were none clean. There were not even many cars in the parking lot. I called 2 times for our coffee to get refilled, and it never came. The hotel charges extra for breakfast. Worst hotel. I do not recommend it.

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable with very soft covers and pillows. Before we arrived we had requested extra pillows. They brought us the pillows plus an extra blanket. The pool water was warm. The pool is a bit on the smaller side and if you want to go when it is not occupied by a lot of children you need to go early in the a.m. or late in the p.m., but it is open 7-10. The hot tub was always available and not crowded. They have a beautiful fire place outside at night that you can sit around and visit. The staff was very pleasant. All and all the only thing I could even think of that was even a little disappointing was that there was not much water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again no question about it.

While the staff was amenable, I was irritated in that housekeeping failed to address my room after night 1. At dates end I called and asked and was told I had a Do not disturb sign until 3:00 PM. While I had been on a call until noon, the signage was removed by noon as I had other business in the afternoon. The discrepancy and lack of service was irritating. Also, the on-site fitness center was quite limited - 2 treadmills, 1 recumbent, and dumbbells. Dont misunderstand - not a bad hotel, just not quiet up to my perception of Marriotts high standards. Still far better than sleeping in the car...😉

I checked in late on Thursday and checked out about 9:00 AM on Sunday. My check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Each night I requested a wake-up call for the next morning; the wake-up call always occurred on-time so that I was able to get ready for my day and make all my appointments on time. The room was excellent. After I got to my room I needed to access WI-FI. I called the front desk and they gave me the password so I could use WI-FI. Although the free WI-FI was slow it was adequate for my purposes. The bed was very comfortable; I got a good nights sleep each night.

My stay at courtyard was amazing. The atmosphere was what I needed to complete my work while back at the hotel. Very friendly, and very clean.

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel! We used the app for checking in and out, which made everything super easy and quick. We ate breakfast at the bistro which was quite good! I used the hot tub and pool for a short time. We will stay here again next time we are here visiting family!

We moved our entire girls hockey team last minute to this facility. Sonja was great in setting up a room block, providing breakfast vouchers and then arranging staff to come in early to serve breakfast so that we could eat before an early game. We were served breakfast quickly and were able to make it to our game with no problem. The lobby and Bistro area is large and comfortable. It was a great area for our parents and kids to hang out together. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this facility again on future visits.

The girl at the front desk, Sidney, was THE best! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to us when we checked in. It isnt everyday you get greeted by such great people! The hotel is beautiful, the room is awesome! Will definitely stay there again!

You should notify people if an amenity is not in working order; Spa Tub, motor problem, before they finalize the reservation. I specifically asked if you had a Hot Tub and was told yes, but no one told me it was out of order. Rest of the motel was fairly nice. We enjoyed a nice visit with relatives.

The hotel was awesome. Other than not having a free breakfast, like many Courtyards do.... perfect. Quick 30 minute trip to Holiday World and Splashin Safari and several restaurants for good family dining very close (walking distance) by. :)Happy with our choice to stay at this location!

This place is amazing very clean and nice! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.... washer, dryer, gym pool and spa are all available on site! The only down fall is there is no complementary breakfast but they do have a bistro you may purchase food at. For me having 3 kiddos who dont like certain things a complementary breakfast is a must other than that I give the an A+ 5*

I was impressed with how quickly requests were met, especially since it was Thanksgiving. We forgot a sheet for the pack and play and they had one for us in a matter of minutes. The room was comfortable. No bath tub for the little ones, but we made it work.

Clean, updated rooms. Did not smell musty. Two cons, breakfast not included and not within walking distance of downtown. However, it’s an easy 10 minute drive downtown. It is right off the parkway with plenty of restaurants and shopping available nearby. Really nice and good value!

Regarding my recent stay at the Courtyard Owensboro in Owensboro, KY. I was a frequent traveler for the Military for over 20-years. I travel year-round for my current civilian job. I feel Im qualified to judge overall quality and service. That being said, this hotel is one of the cleanest and quietest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly, courteous, and helpful. However, one employee stood out. The Night Shift Front Desk person, Larry, was incredible! His knowledge level, attention to detail, and honest desire to help was very apparent. He even suggested other Marriot properties when I mentioned other, upcoming business trips and had a list of their amenities & local attractions! Larry is of your Most Valuable Employees. Groom him for future opportunities within your company and you will not regret it.

Free breakfast would have been nice and the front desk personnel could have been more pleasant, no greeting. The room was clean and the curtains kept the light out which was was a definite plus. Better water pressure would have been nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family was in town for our granddaughters birthday party. We had two rooms and I have to say one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was very courteous and made us feel at home. Only hotel in Owensboro My family will stay at.

I love The Marriott chain. I find them clean, fair priced an in most cases pleasantly staffed. We usually only stay here while visiting Owensboro. This time however we had many issues. Moving rooms to rooms over booking an the older gentleman who worked the desk had zero clue as to what was going on. This visit left me wanting to stay somewhere else. The pool an hot tub are amazing, the courtyard clean an pleasant. staff the thumbs up. No continental breakfast but the Starbucks was a nice feature. Clean, safe an most of the time friendly. I would say a one time issue with the older man but two years in a row .

Our stay at the Courtyard Owensboro hotel was a great experience from start to finish. We were graciously greeted, the room was perfect, and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this location and will stay again, should the occasion present.

The room we stayed in for two nights had been smoked in and had cigarette butts littered in the room. There was not staff who wanted to change our rooms or help by offering to have the room cleaned. Was near impossible to get in touch with management. We had priceline try (who we booked through) and they had difficulty. Eventually, they came up with a resolution that worked for them, but not for us. We are reasonable people and had they just offered help to clean or move our rooms we woud have never complained.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and have a great modern layout. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site serving lighter items like Clubs and Burgers but mostly bar appetizers. There are plenty of restaurants nearby so there are many eating options. They can serve up just about any Starbucks coffee you want which comes with the room if you are an Elite member which makes it really nice. The guy at the front desk is always standing at attention and eager to assist with anything quickly. I have been traveling for years for business and this is one of the nicest hotels for the money just about anywhere in my personal opinion.

I have to stay in motels more than I would like. But it is always a pleasure to stay at the Owensboro Marriott. The facilities are new (or like new). Everything is neat and clean. The staff is outstanding. The location is ideal in that it is near everything you need or might need while traveling. This is a top of the line organization and I would recommend it to everyone.

Lady at check-in was not real pleasant. Room (beds/pillows) were nice. Room is spacious. Only sink is in with the tub/toilet...makes it a little rough to get ready traveling with two women. No breakfast included in the price. They have an over priced restaurant that cost close to $10 for an egg sandwich and OJ. For the price..I would stay elsewhere next time at a place that included a hot breakfast.

We had a great stay with our softball team! The only issue we had was at the Bistro in the morning trying to get our orders in a timely manner. They either need another employee to help or you need to go down with plenty of time to order & receive food, especially if you are on a time schedule. Other than that, it was great!

The pool area was a little small and could be an issue if the hotel was booked. The bistro area was expensive and the food wasnt anything special. The customer service was great and friendly. A very clean and comfortable, very new, very convenient place to stay. Close to everything, good food close to the hotel. Close to downtown and river walk area. Price was competitive, with nicer amenities. Great for business travelers, couples, small families. It is a nice quiet area, easy access off highway but in close proximity to most areas needed.

This trip was absolutely the best ever. The staff was always available. The motel was very clean, always had fresh towels every day. Space was great for walking the dogs, our 4 legged babies. The parking lot was well lighted and made late night walks very safe. It was so nice to be close to Logan Roadhouse, Cheddars and Culverts, we didnt need to drive across town to eat a decent meal. The staff of Cheddars was the very best, they must have taken their training from your staff. Will be there next year!!!

Our son s wedding took place in Owensboro so we booked rooms for this wonderful occasion. We were treated extremely well with requests for personal items as well as complimentary coffee the morning after the wedding. Much needed! Excellent experience.

While not in downtown Owensboro, this Courtyard was close to the interstate and closest to ROMP. Staff was very nice and internet worked great. We have stayed here 2 separate occasions for College football games at KWC. We have enjoyed each stay and will make this our go to place. Yes there are cheaper places to stay but we know this is in a safe area close to restaurants, shopping, gas stations and more. They have a saline pool which is a plus since I am allergic to regular chlorine pools. The staff is always nice. Parking lot well lit. There is a Bistro on-site but we have not eaten at it.

We were a large football family that rolled into town. Owensboro Courtyard Marriott was very accommodating! Service was great. The king size bed with sofa pull out room was spacious. Sofa pull out was comfortable. Room was very clean.

I like Marriott brands, the bed is located against the bathroom wall, not your neighbor. But There is only a college room size frig and no microwaves. This does not support long term stays, Rooms are clean and up to date and the HVAC is quiet plenty of light. The electrical sockets are well used and plugs do not stay in and not many available. There is a new Meijer being built near the hotel for shopping and a Menards across the highway. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Many restaurants and gas stations nearby. The business area is clean, comfortable and it is very easy to print documents.
