Ive had the same service tech, Victor M. each time we had you come out and I have been highly pleased with his work. He pays attention to detail and answers all my lawn care questions in the most professional manner. I recommend this company and specifically Victor for all your lawn care needs. Im in my 3rd year of service. Called earlier in the year by Weedman to re-up my service and receive a discount for prepayment. Rep on the phone sold me aeration and seeding. Received aeration today but no seeding. When I called Weedman, their reply was we never sell it that way, but we can send the employee back to seed if you want it... Cancelling my service at the end of this contract.
Great company! Has always done exactly what they said they would do, plus my grass looks way better than my neighbor’s grass who uses True-green. And you ask why I didn’t use true green? Because my neighbor, who is a MALE, with the same exact size lawn as mine, who just started with them last summer, with the same services is paying 220 dollars a year cheaper than the price they quoted me (female). And my other neighbor on the other side of me (MALE) who has the same size yard as me, who got services 3 weeks before was quoted 190 Cheaper than me. I asked True-green why was my quote around 200 more than both of my neighbors, and they agreed to would drop my price 25 dollars, without any other reasoning for the high price I was quoted. Called Weed-man, and I got a cheaper price than both my neighbors pay, and my yard looks way better!!! My neighbors are going to switch to Weed Man too! Pick Weed Man, and don’t trust True-green!
Highly DO NOT recommend. I started using this company back in April. They were great at first... I referred them to two other family members. They mistreated one of my referrals so I cancelled along with them. I was on a payment plan which means I really paid more monthly than what they were doing each month. I called and asked for whatever amount they owed me that I over paid for services that were done/not done. At first, they tell me I’m owed $60 and some odd change and that they would mail that check out that day. A week or two goes by, and I hadn’t seen anything. I called again, and a lady there assured me they MAILED that money out on the 10th of May and that really the amount was $8 and some odd change. Okay, great. Here we are on June 8th and still nothing arrives in the mail besides a grub flyer. I called this morning and they proceed to tell me that that’s not “real” money that it was “referral” money and they don’t know what I’m talking about. The money isn’t the issue. It’s the principle and the lying and changing the story each time I call in. If I could give this company 0 stars, don’t think I wouldn’t. They aren’t willing to make anything right.
I was scheduled for grub control that cost around $67. My ring cam caught the driver going up and down the street at the time my invoice said he was treating my yard. My account was charged for the service, which I never received, when I called to cancel my services with them I was told that I would get a refund check at the end of July for the service I never received. I wonder if any of that wouldve happened if I had not have been proactive in checking things out. Now Im looking for another lawn care service.

So rude that I canceled my service.If it was not for the professionalism that my technician VICTOR M and Jonathan in customer service provided me, I would have canceled long ago. I had nothing but constant issues from day one. I paid a year upfront, so I was hoping things would just iron out. Your business obviously failed because that never did happened.From the very first service, I was charged for a full service when my other half of my yard AND my backyard was not touched.That was the (first) time you failed.I’m positive that if I didn’t have cameras completely around my premises, you would have gotten away with that amongst many issues after issues almost every time.I kept letting it go. It’s just grass, how hard can that be to correct right? Obviously hard. But since you want to bring up the fact I’m a Veteran: Educate yourself about us. I DO care that you respect my wishes and contact me BEFORE you come out.I’m not looking for ANY recognition for my serviceI DO SEEK UNDERSTANDING for it.From the very first day I signed up, I was clear. I explained I was a Veteran and I asked that my account be noted that you text or call me BEFORE you come out.I have literally lost count on how many times I called into your office on how you didn’t contact me, at all. Did Jonathan inform you of that call? That’s when I finally had it and called to cancel my service the first time. Jonathan assured me it would NEVER happen again.Your two male technicians came out, unannounced, walked in my privacy fenced backyard with my daughter and I sitting in the back yard by the pool.Like you mentioned… I am a Veteran.I’m never that relaxed. :)That was very dangerous for them. Very.They don’t know what your office doesn’t tell them.Your technician, on my cameras, on July 14, 2021 in full color and audio, he offered more than three times to show me proof that my account was “not noted” that anyone was to notify me before they came out.I have it saved if you like?He also explained to me that he was a Veteran himself and understood my reasoning and had to apologize profusely for your failures.It’s dangerous for your employees to just pop up on anybody. Especially if you were clearly warned and asked to respect what is told to you and why. Take care of your technicians.No (customer) should have to explain themself to you.Period.
Everything is always good you never have to call them they don’t forget about you and my lawn looks better than anybody’s on the block so it does make a difference I recommend them to anyone.

He was informative and explained in detail every service I’ve already had done on my lawn and gave me good advice on what I needed to get my lawn they way I desire! He deserves a pat on the back for going the extra mile and taking time out of his day to talk to me.

I was insured by this company that they were using pet and human friendly chemicals. At the same time they refused to disclose its name. Then they called me and text me selfies. What do you have to hide not disclosing the chemicals you use? No your solisiters did not make me mad even though you train them to lie .

My experience with Weed Man has been amazing. My yard has never looked as good as it has since they started treating it. Not a weed in sight and it is so green and beautiful. I recommend them to everyone!
Horrible company. Theyre reactive, not proactive. Weedman waits for nutsedge and other weeds to pop up, THEN they come out and spray. Theyre also notorious for not spraying corners, edges and medians of yards. Theyll hit the main body of the yard, and theyre gone, never paying attention to detail.Ive had to drop extra money and do my own weed control in between their treatments because theyre always behind schedule. Then when you call them for a follow up treatment or re-spray, they act like youre taking advantage of them, even though theyre supposed to be striving to sell themselves through your yard, with their name on yellow sign.Weed Mans customer base has obviously outgrown their willingness to hire new employees for coverage sake. The end result is a poor product. Sad, because they could be so much more. Im glad Ive cancelled.

No thanks. I did purchase the overseeding and aeration and I have more bare spots in my yard before they serviced. Before they fixed my yard they wanted me to purchase another years worth of services. No thanks.

Some kid came by my house well after dark while my son was asleep. He was wearing a weed man fluorescent vest, and looked to be very young(15). I told him my kid was asleep and asked him why he was out so late. He told me to talk to his supervisor, whos contact info he wouldnt provide. He also wouldnt give me his name. After he left my house, he and his partner continued canvassing the neighborhood. Im all for local business but this is a constant issue with weed man, and Im sick of it.

Probably the absolute worst product and service as well as customer service I have ever encountered. Stormed my neighborhood with a group of kids looking for work, took down my phone number and then used a call-center and called me 15 times over a 5-day period, finally harassed me into a contract. Prepaid for an entire year of service upfront. They didnt show up for 2 months and blamed it on the weather. Refused to discount or refund any money, but promised to make it right and spray extra to fix what they did. Finally showed up twice over a period of two months. Now again havent shown up from May 5 to August 7 leaving my yard in absolute embarrassment. Again, prepaid for an entire year. Called to cancel services, and even though they apologized multiple times and admitted they did a terrible job (Derek, the Manager) they still are refusing to give back a full refund.
Great service
Did not come when they said they would on several occasions. Manager did not return my call. My lawn looks worse than all my neighbors even though this company has been treating mine for two years.
