Its a small gym with a local owner. Their equipment is friendly for a body builder and/or average Joe wanting to get in shape. They are truly open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I love my gym.My daughter also loves her gymnastics trainers. She is 7 and has been going to Owensboro Gymnastics for 3 years. They have helped her develop her skills so much as well as build strong muscles and balance. No matter the other sports she plays, well always try to keep her in Owensboro Gymnastics as well because its so good for her.

I am so grateful to have a place that I can trust for my girls to go and become elite gymnast! You guys are awesome!

Love the gym and sauna. Plenty of equipment and never over crowded. Staff cleans the entire gym several times a day, including mopping. Locally owned and operated!

My child had been in classes for a few months and loves going! The parent seating area is always packed but at least we get the chance to watch our kids as they learn.

I was there for 3 1/2 years and got taught hardly anything. 😒

We were shorted 8 days on our monthly membership. We paid on the 5th of April and were locked out the 27th of April. I basically felt robbed. Management didnt seem to care.
