Thank you to the gentleman who was willing to help me take the piece apart so that it would fit all the way down in the box for packing. I just wasnt strong enough to pop it loose. The other man working this morning refused to help and told me they couldnt accept a package opened with items sticking out. That wasnt my intentions at all. Kudos to the employee with salt and pepper hair for your kindness in helping me.

Ricky told us when we visited the store that it would 7 to 10 days for an investigation on a lost package. Two months later Ricky is now saying that it could take months. Ricky has been extremely rude to both my mother and me when we have called to check on the investigation. I will be using a different carrier for now on!

I went to send a couple of catalogs to my customers and the total was going to be $19 and some change. When I told the cashier I mail these all the time and they are always around $2. She argued with me and so I left and went to Post office. Mailed my catalogs for 1.75 each. So beware! They are ripping people off!
The UPS Store is a great way to learn about how your shipment of packages makes its way to you. They are very informative on how the process works. However please note that the store is NOT the UPS delivery service that we are all familiar with but they can help point you to the right direction.
The person who works there (there is only one) cant even manage to greet you as you enter the store,nor can he manage to say thank you after the sale is complete even after I said thank you to him and told him to have a nice day he didnt even acknowledge me. His attitude completely overshadows anything good about this store. I suggest if he is that unhappy to switch employers or switch to something that doesnt involve dealing with the public! I recommend any potential customers use one of the other places in town for shipping needs, copying etc.
I have a rental box here and I wish I didnt have one! My last UPS store rental in another state were so on board and always left a note if something wasnt able to fit in box! I never encountered such rude employees as I have here! Too many issues and the girl with smug attitude never calls back! Poorly managed! And I could care less if they read this either!

Maybe Ive just had two bad experiences here, but let me start with this. My company spends over $100,000/ month with UPS. I understand this is probably a privately owned store, but it is poorly managed.My first bad experience was when they refused to allow me to use my ups account number to ship on account. What kind of ups store does this??My second occurred today. Obviously we send a ton of stuff priority, even on Saturdays. I arrive to the store at 2:52 to overnight something, so that it could arrive Monday. Not only was the door already locked, the store had been completely closed down. I understand its Saturday, and people want to go home, but you are a business providing a service. Your door, and google said you were open until 3. Why are you allowing your employees to close early?? We have to have something notarized on Monday, so now I have to fly down to Louisiana, all because you couldnt keep your business open until the advertised sign.If you are in Owensboro, be forewarned. Just go to one of ups stores competitors. hopefully you wont run into the same problems I have.
I visited this location on a Saturday around 145pm to find the store closed. The posted hours state they are open till 3. So I call everytime before I go to make sure. I reccomend you do the same. The service is horrible. Ive gone in several different times for because thats who my employer uses. I thought Id try them for my personal use. wrong decisions! she was very hateful giving me prices acting as I was a bother to her. I needed to purchase a box to ship my items and she wouldnt give it to me to package my self. which I asked her for. I told her I didnt feel comfortable leaving without it being packed. She was even more hateful after I said that.
I have never been treated so rudely. The young gentlemen (I use that term loosely) was the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. I was expecting a package so I called to get a status update, he was rude and hateful and then read off EVERY name on the list of people who they were receiving shipments for that day!! (Is that legal?) Then the next day I received a message that the package had arrived, so I sent my husband to pick it up. My noticed said that anyone with a valid ID over the age of 21 could sign for it. Again, he was insanely rude to my husband and told him that he did not have the package and didnt care what my message had said. He then told him I wouldnt give it to you anyway because you werent the person who ordered it! I called the 1-800 UPS number on my notice and informed them what had happened and they confirmed what I already knew was true and that ANYONE over the age 21 with a valid ID COULD sign for and pick up MY package!! I will be calling the management of that store to voice my concerns and will NEVER use that store as a delivery point AGAIN!!!

Lazy, unfriendly staff. Watched me struggle to open the door and instead of hold the door for me, they laughed. Will not use this store again.
Never had an issue. Ive been to this site a few times to ship packages out, and have always been greeted upon entering, and a thank you on my way out.
