I stopped using sparkle because there is no attention to detail. I tried once again to give them another chance. They reminded me why I dont go there any longer. Windows were not cleaned and the inside not wiped. It was so obvios. For the price is not worth it. I did get the 29 dollar package.

Google maps asks me how was Sparkle Brite Car Wash? since I navigated to it. Well Google maps, it sucked that even though I got there a half hour before their posted hours of operation said they closed, they had their door closed and cones up in front of it so that I couldnt pull in. This is the second time I drove all the way to their establishment (I dont live close by) and could not use the service that I pay a monthly subscription for and that I WILL BE CANCELLING. So for the 2nd time, I drove up the road to Ollies car wash where they have more convenient, customer friendly hours.

Usually great but this time I was a very disappointed that they didnt wipe down the dash. It was obviously very dusty and no one touched it. They did great at vacuuming all the dirt and hair from the carpets tho.

I got the Premium package. They didnt wash the rear windshield. The floor mats were still dirty. Didnt do a very good job of vacumming. I think theyre rags were dirty. Not satisfied at all.

I went to 4 different car washes in Owensboro before I found this place that washes the interior windows. My car was filthy as it had been sitting for a while. They did a really good job with the exception of under the fuel filler where diesel had soaked into the paint. A few minutes of time is all it would have taken to clean it and they didnt, also that night when I was driving home I could see all the areas of the windshield that they missed. Taking this into consideration, I would give them 3 stars, barely. BUT, when I was talking to the gentleman about which cleaning package to get, he helped me get exactly what I wanted and saved me $12. I was ready and willing to get a more expensive package and he knew that. But he helped get what I wanted and saved me money, earning a solid 4/5!

It was a great experience. I particularly appreciate how the floor was vaccumed and the wipe down of dash and doors. The whole car looked awesome. I might add that they did this with a smaller staff than usual and changes in the washer system due to Covid. Still a great professional job.Thank you!

New owners and it shows in their work. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5; stems only from them not having wiped down my drivers side mirror. Not a big deal, but Ill have to clean it myself given how blotchy it is from not having been dried off. But overall, its a lot better than it was

Best car wash in town!

I came in today about 9:30,website said they’d be open, unfortunately they weren’t. I went and did a few other things and came back about 10. The job wasn’t great,outside looked good but the inside didn’t look like it had really been touched. Best part they left a blue pen mark on my drivers side leather. It’s about the size of a quarter but come on.

Bit pricey for interior wipe and vacuum along with exterior wash, but results were worth it.

Love this car wash. Not only do you get your car washed it’s hand dried, inside vacuumed, windows washed and floor mats removed and cleaned.

I will never go here again. Id rather buy the products and pay someone 20 dollars and not 22.00 dollars for a half washed car. They wipe the dash and thats all but the glove box and console and doors and steering column could have been wiped down for that price. It probably would have been given 2 minutes more to make customers happy. But they wanted 12 more dollars just to take a minute to wipe the inside. Never again. 😕

I get my work car cleaned here. The outside always looks good but they miss parts of the inside every time.

Vacuum cleaner must not work, looks like it did when I took it in .they used to be very good, not anymore.
