Danco re-covered a seat and armrest for our 1997 Chevy pickup the first week of May 2021. Left the truck overnight and it was ready on time as promised the next day. Amazingly, they had a remnant of the exact fabric needed! HOWEVER, at the same time, we left the captains console for our used pontoon boat. With their help, we devised a plan to repair said console. Danco was going spray the hood of the console (which contains the instrument panel) with a bed liner product and paint it to match one of the colors of our color scheme, and replace the vinyl on the wooden base to match a second color of our color scheme. We were told that they complete work in the order they receive it. Having just experienced a quick turnaround on our truck seat and armrest, we thought the console would be ready in a matter of days. Not the case. Made a few calls over the course of several weeks to check on the progress of the project, and received a different excuse each time as to why they hadnt started the repairs. After nearly ten weeks of waiting and MISSING HALF OF BOATING SEASON, my husband picked up the console on July 10. Danco had done NOTHING to begin the process. Before you pounce, weve been updating the boat a little at a time, including a complete floor replacement last fall. We chose to have the console repaired as opposed to replacing it because it is wooden and much sturdier than the plastic one that matches the rest of the two year-old furniture. Sturdiness is important considering that the throttle system, shifter, steering wheel, et cetera are all mounted in and on the console. We might consider going back to Danco for upholstery repairs on automobiles, but certainly not for anything related to boat repairs. The odd thing is that they seem to be well-acquainted with boats and the brevity of boating season since they offer boat storage services. Also have to agree with other reviewers that Danco is slow to answer the phone, if they answer at all. Seems like a business that busy should hire additional employees.

Had a remote start installed on my truck. It starts with the remote, but the climate control doesnt turn on until the key is placed in the ignition (kind of defeats the purpose). Ended up paying more than the initial quote I was given for a half decent job.

This place does terrible work, brought in my 2008 Tacoma to have carpet replaced, after work was finished, plastic driver foot rest was broken, all 8 bolts that hold the front seats down were never tightened, I have to replace both door opening weather strips, (for some reason they cut off the bottom of the weather strip all along the base of the doors, now I have exposed metal, this helps make a complete seal along the scuff plate) not to mention there are places all over where the carpet is bubbled up, never was glued down or installed correctly, I did call the very next day and all I was told was this was normal??? Stay away from this place, very shoddy work

Over priced and slow

Had a bedliner sprayed in on a brand new F-250. It was tearing within months, and was paper thin. When I went to different shops to have it repaired, they all told me it could not be repaired, and it it would have to be completely removed before they could respray a new liner. Ill drive to Evansville or Bowling Green before using these guys again.

Took in ATV when I got it back front was stretched over Metal with no padding ripped within two months

Brought in car for a headliner and was given price over phone...then jacked up price extra 150.00 complete...my sunroof didnt work...my battery was dead and continued to do so after charging...and car was left a mess....terrible experience...would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP...
