Nice people that bend over backwards to help! Lots of above average apartments to live in. It might take them a few to get you settled into one but thats due to the volume of properties Patty owns. But they eventually do get you taken care of and youll be glad you were patient with them.

Coppage rentals has been nothing but amazing to me andy family. Always doing what they can to make sure we are happy at home. Quick to get an issues fixed, last summer the ac broke and they had someone there that day. Also our fridge has a leak and just like the ac that day someone was there to fix it.

I lived at Wesleyan Village for over a year with my fiancé. About midway through our lease Coppage Rentals took over ownership from Kentucky Wesleyan College & from there it went down hill. They do not have anyone for maintenance. As we were moving out they hired one man, our new neighbor, not a company. They do not have anyone hired for pest control so when we had wood bees that made 3 hives along the property it took them weeks to get rid of them. They do not spray the apartments for bugs at all. We have had on time/early payments the entire time of us living there & the last month our payment didn’t process due to a holiday & instead of staying true to their policy of charging you a late fee they tried to give us a 3 day eviction notice when our rent was paid! Coppage rentals then raised the rent $100 without doing any renovations to the complex but gave warning on 08/29/19 for new leases to be signed by 09/27/19- not even a full 30 day notice. So when we decided on September 9 that we did not plan on signing the lease they decided not give us our deposit back; even though we were on a month to month lease. They do not clean the apartments before you move in, only paint. We left the place better than what our neighbors moved into. Very unprofessional.

The very worst place and people to ever deal with.. Trash with cash..

Very unprofessional. Doesn’t have pest control come out. Will take awhile to resolve issues within the apartment. Not understanding at all . Raised the rent without any renovations.($595) definitely not worth it, especially with waaaayyy nicer apartment for the same price if not less (keystone and brushwood being main examples) Move in at your own risk !!
